I get calls from this number almost every day, no one is ever on the line. I am sick of it !!

Answer with......"Burger King"......"McDonald's"....."Wendy's".............or, maybe "Voodoo Priest Randy Goldberg speaking.  How may I direct your spiritual call today?"

Finally after about ten times getting their calls, he finally speaks. Total [***]!

Just received a call from this number with CID NelNet.  Poor guy must have been already rattled; after our answering machine asked him to leave a message he just kept saying "Hello?" "Hello?"  Perhaps he had just gotten off the phone with one you "creatives."  I have to thank those of you with creative choices for dealing with this call and calls like it.  Many of you had me roaring with laughter!

Called and said hello about 6 times to my answering machine. Didn't answer. How stupid do these people think we are? [***]....

very weird happened to me today some Indian guy claiming he worked for windows said my computer was sending out error messages , a guy from windows asking to fix my computer
i have mac OS and how would he know what my computer is sending out

The DoNotCall Registry works on voluntary compliance like speed limit signs on highways. Honest telemarketers honor the Registry, abusive telemarketers and scammers do not. Conversely, if you are on the Registry and you receive telemarketing calls, you may be sure they are from abusive telemarketers or scammers so don't waste the opportunity but toy with them as you wish.

Also consider an air horn or screaming smoke alarm  :))

I received phone call from 402-875-9195 at 10:46 am on Tuesday, 09/25/2012, the ID caller showed up as COMPUTER HELP.

A man with Indian accent on the phone, pretending asking for some one with Indian name.  I asked him who is he looking for?  He asked if I have desktop or laptop.  He said,  my computer is infected, and he received virus on my computer.  He said, "we" called to fix your computer.  I knew this guy is a SCAM.  I asked him what company that he called from, but I did not hear any response, the background was noisy with other conversation.  I asked him again, what company he works for?.  He did not response, and I hang up.

This is a SCAM!!!

Please remove our phone number.  I do not need calls from you about my computer.  If I have a problem with my computer, I kiow who to call and it definitely will not be you.,

I got a call from this dufus, then he hung up, caller ID worked, then he rang straight back with no caller ID.
As soon as he said windows support I said .. great, whats my IP address .. then i called him a scammer and hung up. He phoned back and started swearing and attempted to upset me, i kept laughing and burping at him.
He rang about 10 times till I just put the phone in front of the TV.
I just bet he starts ringing me at 4am ..
I might have to move the phone away from the bed.

Same scenario as always, they have been trying this for about a year this time. A man with an Indian accent saying he is with windows and I have malicious downloads on my computer that wasn't an 'authorized download' but its a malicious virus. I said that I scan my computer at least once daily, and never found no such thing, and that I know that they are scammers, the man still insists on me opening my DOS so he can take control of the computer for a minute...wtfe
Anyway I can let anyone involved with law enforcement concerning thses thypes of things..?!
Please don't let them access your DOS system...for that can be the end of your identity, or money....

Well actually if you are posting this message you have some sort of a device that has a cpu..  regardless of this idiots scam.

I live in ontario canada and I just got this call. The guy had what seemed to be a fake Indian accent and said his name was Sean Cooper calling from the Computer Department.  I laughed out loud and said "do you think I'm stupid?" and he said "yes ma'am I do.  I do think you're stupid" and then he hung up.  I tried calling back but the call doesn't go through.

I did use a air horn and it works wonderful i don't hear from them again

I got that call today.. I started messing with him talking to him with a fake accent. asked him for his phone number because I thought he sounded cute... yada yada had him confused and finally told him I worked for the rcmp and that i had logged a trace on his line. he told me to f&*k off and hung up on me. Pansy can dish it out but can't take it back

Caller name showed up as "NELNET."  Caller with thick Indian accent said she was "Angela from Windows Services about your computer, OK?"  Hilarious.  She asked for me by name.

Got a call today from this number. A guy named Nick stated I had a problem with my windows operating system. I replied that I made no calls in regards to any windows operating system. He says Hello.. Hello... then hung up. Total scam is what this is! Caller ID read Computer Help.
