- Joergen SalomonsenI received a call from 14028759195 thursday 6. Descember 2012 at 16:10 from a India Windows Service Center. The week before, this Microsoft Service threatened to destroy my computer by saying they were angry on me, and this time they told me that my computer would crash. I let them handle my computer in the first place two weeks ago, but they have not managed to harm my computer. All because I stopped the money transfer for the so-called service. I can give many details around this.

- ANNOYEDRec'd a call at our work from 402-875-9195. He said his name was Ryan Smith (he had an obvious thick Indian accent), so I asked him what his real name was and he answered with "What relevance does this have?", and I said, "Well, I guess none, how can I help you?" and then he said he was calling from "Online IT Care" and wanted to speak to the business owner. There was so much interference on the phone that I asked him to speak up because it sounded like he was calling me from outside and it was a windy day. He then hung up on me.
- Caller: Online IT Care
- Call type: Telemarketer
- FilloThought I recognized this number but was wrong. Man asked if I was associated with this number and I said 'No' and asked him not to call back again. These calls are another reason why I object the outsourcing telemarketing and other jobs to Asia and the Middle East which seems rife with wall-to-wall scumbags and trimmers. Hasn't North America and Europe sent them enough jobs already? Frankly I'm refusing to deal as much as possible with any company that has done so. If more consumers here do so we can go some way to shield us from these !@#$%^&*s!

- TC-Central Valley, CAgot a call from the "windows service center" - caller id 192852
6 digit caller id was a big tipoff that it wasn't legit, plus the thick accent (india)
tried to keep him on line as long as possible to keep him from ruining others computers, but when I started recording the call, he just had to end his script - said he would call back
I believe these people are the worst scum on the earth - taking advantage of people. EVIL- Caller: FAKE - Windows Service
- Lorenzo de MontréalReceived this call several times in the last two years. Always the same guy, I now recognize his voice. Most of the time he tell me I have a problem with my Windows, but one time he told me there was a problem with my Mastercard credit account (I don't have a MC). I told him that I or anyone in my house, would ever do what he asked or give him any personal informations and that I wanted him to erase my number from his call list. Still he keeps trying. Today I got tired and called the RCMP to report him. Usually he calls from a confidential number that I cannot trace. But this time I had this number. The RCMP anti-fraud opened a file. I encourage you to call them with your info. http://www.antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/

Stopped him right there and told him I don't have any windows computers. he yelled at me and hung up. I tried to call back the number but just a busy signal.

- JeepMy machine picked up the call and they hung up. Scum of the earth.
By the way, they have no connection with the real Nelnet, who is a handler/processor for government backed student loans.
We need a "Call Type" (below) for these a$$holes who try to get private information from unsuspecting folks.- Caller: Nelnet (FAKE)
- Linda OwensSCAM!! Told me I had a virus on my computer. I told him we have no computers in this home. He insited that I do have a computer in my home. Hahahaha I insited we do not own computers and that he needs to stop calling. The guy who called had an Indian accent and lots of noise in the background.
- AnoidI received a call from 402 875 9195. The Caller ID said "NELNET" The guy sounded like Sabu from the Simpsons. He was telling me that my computer had a virus, and he could fix it over the phone, I just needed to down load some software, and give him my password. I figured this was a scam, and kept asking Sabu if he spoke English. Every time he said some thing, I would ask, "Do you speak English?" Sabu got frustrated and started cussing at me. Finally he gave up, slammed the receiver down. I haven't heard from Sabu since.

- frodeho replies to J Matthews| 1 replyI live in Norway. I've been receiving this call too, several times now, and they just don't quit. They present themselves as calling from Microsoft. Supposedly, my computer is infected, and they need to give me some instructions on how to get rid of the infection and update my machine.
Obviously it's a scam, they want to get access to your computer.
