- Tala replies to mary| 1 replyI got two calls from them so far, thinking that it was a relative, I checked the area code. It was an unknown number to me. I got a call on Monday at 8:26 pm and then another call on Tuesday at 7 pm. The best thing to do is block the number.

- CarlThese people called last 2 nights - ask for whomever had the last birthday. My wife did in Oct but she refuses to talk to telemarketers. Mine comes up later in Nov. So for 2 nights these folks have by passed the male to get to the female? And 2 nights she told them to go blow. They are persistent. They to my knowledge are not part of the Gallop poll like they profess to be, which makes me think they are scam artists.
- Caller: Gallup Organization
- Call type: Telemarketer
- CARL402-952-4444 Is the Gallup Organization in Nebraska and NOT THE GALLUP POLL PEOPLE in NEW MEXICO area code 505 who takes political and state of living in the USA polls about people.
The Gallup Organization of NEB suspected Scam artists - keeps asking for the person who has had the last birthday in the family, even though stupid I was about to give them a listen as mine is in later NOV; however they insisted on talking to the female who had an Oct birthday. BE VERY AWARE she told them to go blow - but I expect another call tonight. I now think they are SCAM ARTISTS preying on people - with a birthday and about to ask for a few other things, like a bank and I think you have an identity thief. From now on, we are blowing a whistle in their ears in hopes they get the message to stop calling us at dinner time, we may be a year older but we are not stupider.
- Caller: Gallup Organization not the Gallop NM polls company
- Call type: Telemarketer
- KatEvensonGot several calls from them on my cell over the past 3 days that I did not answer. Today I finally answered and the woman "Ashley" said she was calling from the "Weekly Gallup Poll" and was going to ask me some questions to see if I "qualified." I turned her down and hung up. First, the Gallup.org Website mentions daily polls but makes no reference to any weekly polling. Secondly, since when does anybody have to "qualify" for an opinion poll? The whole point is to sample people randomly. IMO, SCAM!!!
- Caller: "Weekly Gallup Poll"
- MarieI would not like my daughter who is under age to get calls form this number, so please stop.
- Izzy replies to KNIGHTYou're obviously them sad annoying people who I have to deal with! Only way to know if it's a scammer is if they start to ask you for your social security number or credit card number! You're very ignorant otherwise! Just because they ask you how much you make doesn't mean they're able to access to your money or just because they ask how satisfied are you with a visit and you say "5" doesn't mean they have access to your personal identity!! Like seriously, CALM DOWN it isnt always about you! ;))
- Izzy a replies to JimmyDeanAND another idiot :)) you type of people crack me up!!!!!
- Izzy replies to Sandy beachPay more attention to the "Do not call list" it's for telemarketers right? Well Gallup is a place where they do surveys not sell them honey so Gallup is not considered a telemarketing company there for they can call you unless you personally request for them not to!;)
- Izzy replies to BEN THEREHaha that's funny they hang up on you! They get hung up on a lot too!! Very weird huh! :)) just keep answering because I'm sure not everyone that calls you hangs up on you!;)

- AmandaI have received one phone call on my cell phone from this number. I was a telemarketer for 2 months cold calling cell phones and I will tell you how we did it.. we only called our area code, but lets say the first three digits of your phone number are 812; we would call 812-0000, 812-0001, 812-0003 and so on.. so the fact that you are on a no call list may not make any difference.
- Caller: Left no message
- Bo replies to The Teacherthumbs down dood, we're not here to be Grammar Nazis. Seriously.
