I just got a call from this number. It turned out to be a completely legit call from abroad. Maybe it is an alias number for a communications company that routes calls from abroad. So, be careful, it may or may not be telemarketers.

Here i  another scam in which they are using the same messages but changing the their names and location of where they live.

I know how hard is it for someone to earn 1$ nowadays because the money doesn't come easily and that is why I make it fair in putting the room rent for $490 for someone to be able to afford every month. To make things much easier for you, since you are not comfortable sending the whole $740 at once, you can send the security deposit which is $250 and send the first month rent after you receive housing key's and documents, I' m only doing this for you to know that I really would like you to be the person to occupy the apartment and also to give you the benefit of the doubt in your mind. my friend found his add on kijiji or something. we are moving in together. and he emailed her an actual application form. His english is getting better by the looks of it. and eh says he is staying with his family in europe. I found it odd right off the bat, and then googled his email and a fraud warning came up on kijiji.

I knew it was too good to be true. Also i google street viewed the building and goodled the address and the pictures he posted did not match the ones that were posted for the building. so i knew for sure.

This guy always sends me emails when I have things for sale on craigslist and wants to send money to my pay pal account for them. He also wants me to use USPS to mail the items to him which is funny since I live in Korea and post the ads on Seoul craigslist. One was a projector and the other was a motorcycle. These people aren't even good at their scams. Last time he tried this I told him I sold the item he then answers aking if I have any other items for sale. I told him I had a steaming bag of [***] and he actually asked how much I wanted for it in US dollars. the email he uses is <strampher_rodger@yahoo.com> and he has this address to send things to,

Had 3 missed calls from this number while vacationing out of the country Dec 24th.  403 is the area code of Calgary, where I live.  Thought it was someone from home so I called the number back to find out it was "out of service".  Googled the number and found all these info! wow.

I have been in contact with a Susan Mandy and Bob Mandy of Fairview, Oregon.  I really doubt that it is these people I have been emailing, but I wanted to post this in case anyone else has this same issue.  I have gotten the same emails as the previous posters and I would like to warn everyone dealing with them that it is probably not a good idea.  Again, I don't think that Bob and Susan are bad people, but rather the people pretending to be them are.  Remember if you can't see the apartment, they won't tell you the unit number, it's probably not a goodd call.
