- Susan replies to Timpy| 1 replyI'm getting calls from (407) 771-0887 -- 9 today so far, 8 yesterday, 11 the day before -- and I don't even have any accounts with Chase!
- MNPThis is NOT Chase bank! I did call Chase @ their 1-800 number from my statement, and they have zero record of anyone calling my number, in fact they don't even know the phone number that was used. The best bet is to register on www.donotcall.gov, and also log a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission @ www.ftc.gov where you will receive a claim number (keep this!). I've been receiving these calls about 15 times per day and no one is ever there to answer. If this doesn't work I'm going to my state representative for advice!
- Caller: UNKNOWN
- waldojrthey never stop
already canceled card and worked a deal out 0% interest.
they still call every hour. time to send a fax I guess.
also recordings don't work in court unless they are still on the original device. So you can't transfer anything from your phone. maybe that's why they never leave a message.- Caller: n/a

They do not leave a message and will I return the call either no one answers or they as very personal information that I will give out unless I know it is a legitimate call. Please advise me with any information that you can give me. I DO NOT ANSWER OR REPLY TO 1-800 CALLS OR ANY UNFAMILIAR CALLS MADE TO ME.

- TerryKeep getting calls several times a day; starts at 8 a.m. ends at 8 p.m. Finally called the number; some lady answered but wouldn't identify. I have never had an account with Chase Bank. Please make these people stop!
Caller ID: 407-771-0887 - K replies to FeliciaThey've been calling me as well. Is there something that can be done with this?
- TomSomeone has called me 2 days in a row from this number and they hung up both times without saying anything. From what I read here people say its Chase but I dont have any credit cards with them or anyone else.
- FrustratedAfter several calls today, I decided to talk to the person. She kept asking for my husband's SS# and our account #, then she asked for our phone number. I told her she had that, as they have been calling several times a day for weeks. She looked up our account just by name and zip code, and said it was blank, but we must owe something or she would not have our phone number (we do not have a Chase account). I asked her to hold on while I looked for our account number, pressed a random number on the phone and said "Operator, this is the number I reported. Please put a trap on this call." When I tried to talk to the caller again, there was nothing but dead air. They have not called back--yet. We are thinking of changing our phone number.
- Caller: Answered "credit collections"
- Call type: Debt collector
- KrisThey are calling me every 1/2 hour
- ConquerorThey called me 3 times today. That's ridicules :-(
- Caller: Unknow
- 805they called me about a dozen times yesterday, including 6 times between the hours of 7 and 8 last night. i answered the calls three times yesterday, and talked to chase customer service through the 877 number on their website. even though they said my number would be taken off the list, i still received all those calls yesterday. i called the 407 number last night and the woman who answered gave me card services phone number after i explained all that had happened. that number is 800-955-9900. i have not called it yet, as the calls have not started again (yet) today. if i receive more calls today, i'll try the 800 number and post here about what i find.
by the by... i do not have a chase account and they are calling my cell phone looking for a person that i do not know. also, they hung up on my 3 times yesterday whilst in conversation. they preceded the hang ups with "goodbye." bunch of a**holes. - Terribly ANNOYEDI am receiving about 25 calls a week from Chase about credit cards which I do owe. I have explained my situation to them about 10 times (unemployed, over 65, disabled wife etc..) and they make note of this and then call me again about an hour later. What can I do to stop this non-sense? I have explained my situation in detail about plans to pay but they want their money NOW. Want to know if I can contact my family members, friends or anyone where I can get the money. Get a third mortgage. These people are now not getting their phone calls answered. They are without morals!

I am getting the same. 24/7 basically. I lost my job, have NOT been able to find one due to the ECONOMY and they still keep Harassing me. Chase itself knows my situation.
I explained to them more than once of my plans and how I'd pay. They keep calling me. I have told them I'd call them when I had all the money and to please not call me. I have told them that I would try to get the money when I could that I would try to make it as soon as it comes available.
Hard to do much when you don't have a Job. You are on a very sorry unemployment payment system getting only enough to pay your really emergency bills as lights, food, gas to get food and find a job, etc.
HARDER when you're having to tend to a BABY too!
Of Course they're gonna harrass, they want money. But it is rediculous to be getting anywhere from 20 to 24 calls or so more than the average needed call a day! Average needed call to me is at least once a week if you have not heard anything in 2 weeks or so more. If you have, give a couple of weeks or so to get things settled and started.
NOT harassing someone up the butt as THIS could Cause a LOSS in Future JOB HUNTING AND RESULT IN A DELAY IN FINDING A JOB. THEREFORE, RESULT IN A LONGER TIME OF GETTING MONEY!- Caller: CHASE

- Mike replies to SusanYeah, they've been harassing me too at my home phone number for 5 days, mon-fri doesn't matter when they call it would seem. I got an automated phone call 7:41am on Sunday from that automated crap.
Well, I called Chase today and told them what's happening. They said that the calls are 100% automated and will not stop until payment is received. Even if you schedule it, they will NOT cease.
They called my home, and now my cell phone. - maria replies to MichelleTHANKS MICHELLE! i will definitely cut and paste, and send to chase!
- JohnThese people are crazy. I do have a chase account that is not past due, in fact it is always payed on time immediately after a purchase is made. I never even run a balance! These people called me after 11:00 PM one evening while I was in bed!
The call went something like this: This call is being recorded, hello what is your name and social please" You called me, why don't you tell me?" Sir your credit card is over the limit and we would like you to set up an automatic payment. " I respond, " OK, just wire the money to my account" They reply, No! that is not what we are calling about. I ask "who are you" they reply "we are card services". I tell them that this call is being recorded and to stop calling to which they immediately hang up.
Two hours later I receive another call from these people. It is now 1:30 in the morning and I am pissed.
The next morning I called Chase Bank and cancelled my card, they were very apologetic, but I was not going to tolerate a company that resorts to these tactics with supposedly valued customers.
They informed me that they are not affiliated with said company, but I know better than to buy that one.
IF YOR GET ONE OF THESE CALLS PHONE CHASE BANK AND LET THEM KNOW WHY YOU ARE CANCELING YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM! MAKE SURE TO REFERENCE THIS PHONE NUMBER! - marthey keep calling a business for an employee;
ISN'T this against the law?- Call type: Debt collector
