I Wish These Numbers Would Quit Calling Me But The Weird Thing Is That It Is The Same Guy Each Time They Call Regardless To The Number He Uses!! He Called At 11:20AM,11:45AM,12:00PM,1:45PM,2:00PM,2:45,5:00 And Says He Needs To Speak With Me He Don't Give A Name Or Anything My Boyfriend Anwsered It And He Asked To Talk To Me And He Asked What Was It About And He Just Said I Need To Talk To Her And He Asked Again Why Are You Calling Our House The Guy Said I Need To Talk About College. He Wasnt Any Business Because They Wouldnt Talk In A Regular Manner They Would Talk Professional This Guy Didnt Sound Like That He Seemed To Be A Young Guy In His Early 20's. The Calls Have Been None Stop The Past 3 Days!!!!!!

they called me twice while i was at work, wen i called back it was busy so i hung up and called right back and chad picked up and i told him that someone call me from this number. he sead that would be me i was hopeing to talk to you about the online classes you signed up for. i told him i didnt sign up for classes online. he sead ok and hung up on me

Calling me several times a day! Really annoying!

Damn people never give up.....4 times in the last two hours!! They call two times from one number, then two times from a different number!! The first time they say [***] about college the second time just hang up!!! If you ever get a call from 315-207-4761 that is them as well!! They seriously need to be put to a stop somehow someway!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call, asking for me. I played dumb, and all they kept saying was "Is Steven there?" until I hung up. Looked it up, realized i did an online survey and included my number. My own dumb fault. I called the number back, got Grace, and asked her to take my number off their list. She asked if I was steven, I said no, she said no problem and took me off. Haven't got a call since.

These calls are clear harrassment with NO legitimate business purpose other than 'hiding' their role as a telemarketer. Now they are harrassing folks like me with their incessant calls while leaving no message. No legitimate business would operate this way - especially phoning a multiplicity of times on days and WEEKENDS !!!

This practice is 'PURE' telemarketing and, in my view, clearly illegal and again, harrassment.

I WILL report these calls to my state regulating authorities. I strongly suggest all others do the same so something can get done and these so-called 'companies' fines and hopefully, shut-down.

I do not answer a number I don't recognize. If they can't leave a message then they are not legitimate. It's as simple as that. I also suggest that others do not answer any of these calls. At minimum they will, at some point, go away. In the meantime, report these numbers to your state 'no call list authorities'!!!! Enough is enough. Report these phone calls as HARRASSMENT to the appropriate authorities. If enough people call they WILL ACT!!!

Who in their right mind would want to answer ANY questions from or, do ANY BUSINESS with an 'entity' that behaves likes this!!!

I will continue to NOT answer any number I don't recognize. If they were to leave a message then, and only then, will I DECIDE to return a call.

Also I don't give out any personal information 'on-line' including phone numbers soooo these HARASSERS are either obtaining this information radomly or, illegally.

ALL THE SAME TELEMARKETERS!!!!!!!!!!!  everyday...several times a day to my cell phone. it is totally insane. most times they dont even say anything and just hang up after i answer the phone. so why bother calling?!?! idiots.

These numbers can drive anyone crazy,,,there's gotta be a better way to block them,,,I'm also registered with the Do Not Call list...somehow they're getting around that!!! Arhg!!!!

The call was a message about debt reduction, and I assumed that it's the same place that has been calling our office for months since the message was pretty much the same (no company name, no name of the person they are calling for, this is your final notice).  I wish I had pressed "1" now to be sure it's the same call center in the Philippines because of all these posts about college solicitations.  This was our first call from this number, but a similar number, 410.774.8132, called some time ago with a fake "your auto warranty is expiring" message.

I guess this call center hit the nation pretty hard with the online college scam and has moved on to stealing credit card and social security numbers.  Or maybe I've just been lucky on that front.

When I called the number back there was a recording saying that all their (whoevery they are, the recording doesn't say) customer service representatives are assisting other callers and to leave a message or press 3 to have your number removed/confirmed as a real number.

Have received two 410-774-8401 phone calls.  Each time saying I had signed up for online classes.  I asked what email address this came from, and the address they gave did indeed have my name in it, but was NOT from the service I use.

410-774-8401 calls me at work at home dont know why they are callen me I NEVER give out my number. When they call its complete silence on my end...they say hello is so in so there? I say say nothen and again hello is so in so there... till one of us hangs up! Get lost MO FO

I called them and a guy names Joel picked up and i asked if the president of the company was there and he's lik 'im sorry i cant transfer you but i can give you his number : 801....' and then i butt in and ask 'is there was anyone higher then you' and hes said 'yes, my supervisor' and i asked 'my i speak to him/her' and so he gives it to her...
*note while i was talking to him and her there was people in the back ground...phones ringing...and laughter*...
i asked her what the company was and she said a college board list or something.
and then she asked for my number so i give her my number and she said my mom's name?!! and im like umm yea....and then she said lik 'oh, ok no, oh ok now...(she stuttered...) it says that your not recommended' and i said ok, great. and she said im sorry for the trouble and confusion. So i said its fine, thank-you.
So i HOPE they stopped and WILL stop calling my number.
I assume that something is going wrong over there.

I called back and a guy answered saying that I signed up for online courses through CI Institute... I'm 78 years old and never signed up for a thing! These people are full of [***]!

When I was on the computer the other night, I started on a survey, which
was really dumb of me since I thought I knew better. Now I have all these
people calling from different agencies. This one is an on-line college,
which I didn't want them to contact me. Duh I will know better next time.
I've already have had 3 calls from them in 2 days. Hey hocky whistles come in handy then maybe they'll listen or maybe not. Just kidding.

Several calls made to my phone from this number. I did not answer, because I didn't recognize the number.

Rec'd call at 8:00 AM today.  Caller ID came up C I Institute.  The guy said I had filled out a questionnaire saying I was interested in taking online education classes.  I said I had not signed up for anything.  He then asked if I was interested in taking online classes and I said no.  He then thanked me and hung up.
