This is from Drive Financial.  It's an Auto Loan company.  If you are behind on a payment (as little as one payment) they will harass you endlessly.  I’ve gotten as many as 8 phone calls in a single day.  If you’re used as a reference on a loan you too will be harassed incessantly.  Even if you’ve paid the loan off (their record keeping sucks) you’ll still get the blasted phone calls.

You think do a lot better if you vote for Obama and he raises your taxes and prevents the oil companies from increasing the domestic oil supply just to save a few caribou? ( by the way, all the caribou crowd around the existing pipelines to stay warm, they love it. )

You are gonna REALLY HATE the gas prices when they skyrocket because the democrats start penalizing the oil companies with even higher taxes and you have more taxes being withheld from your paycheck.
All you liberal democrats are going to be begging for $4.00/gallon prices if you give Obama a chance to do what he is promising to do.

You think you'll do any better when all the so-called rich people get taxed more?

Every business owner and "rich" American is going to just lay your liberal ass off to avoid any new taxes and then your phone will REALLY be ringing when the bill collectors start calling.

    Oh...sorry, I'm off the subject aren't I?

Now quit whining like your car payments are someone else's fault and go pay your bills.

Yes, Drive Financial constantly harrasses me the moment my due date passes.  They call me at work, at home, on my cell, even send emails.  It is REDICULIOUS!  I hate to tell them this but just because you harrass me does not mean you'll get that payment any faster!

I've gotten 3 phone calls from Drive Financial already.  After the 3rd time, they finally left a message so I knew what the heck they wanted.  Apparently a very old friend left me as their "emergency contact" but I haven't spoken with him in over a year so I dont know how to get in touch with him nor do I want to.  If he's not going to pay, what makes them think the "emergency contact" can talk them into paying their car payment?

Received a call from this number about a 2005 Dodge vehicle late payment. Male caller pronounce my first name right but oddly garbled pronouncing my last name. Don't own a dodge. My 2001 Ford truck is all paid for and don't owe anyone.

That's not true that they will stop calling you if you just "call" them. They only stop calling if you make an actual payment (can post-date up to 14 days). I've tried to call them and I always end up with some of the rudest individuals on the face of the earth. They don't care why your payment is late, they just make threats that they "can't wait and that they will take further action".

They have been calling my business cell phone incessantly, asking for someone named Denise.  I keep telling them that they are wasting their time and I am assured over and over again that the number will be removed from their database.  Is there any governmental agency that you can report this kind of harrassment to?

They keep calling right after I make a frakkin' payment. I'm not late, I pay it right on time! And they call at weird times when no one is home or late at night when the offices are closed...This should be considered harassment.

Yes it's Drive Financial. I owe only for November and they calling me like I'm three to four months behind. I've had my car now for four years and one more year to go, but I think first of the year I will trade it off because they call you like phone service is getting ready to go out of business even behind one month.

I"ll have you know. I drive 540 miles a week to work and to take my child to school 30 miles away in Jacksonville. When gas was close to $4.35 per gallon, I was spending more on gas than my car. My SUV gets 19 miles per gallon, so that means I was spending almost $125 per week, not to count driving to stores and the post office and pharmacy. During those couple of months, I was spending almost $500 a month on gas, in addition to an increase in groceries of about 20 percent over the two months. My car payment is $350 a month, and I could guess my gas bill was about $550 a month. My elderly Mother, who is 84, wasn't doing well in North Carolina, and the trip driving would have cost almost $225 in gas. My mother in law passed away in November and we couldn't afford  the trip to go see her when she wasn't doing well. it is sad that high gas prices make you make decision like that. We are a teacher and social worker, on average salaries, and had to give up one car as we couldn't afford gas for both. So car payment, gas payment, car insurance and groceries alone those two months cost us over $1350, before adding any other bills. Oh add mortgage and we are over 2100. Wonder why we couldn't pay our credit card bills those two months? Also, we make decent money, are not bums, pay our bills on time and had improved our credit, but it all went out the window. Our beacon score has dropped from over 700 to 510 in just those two months.

Also try that Drive charges 21 percent on cr interest. My credit isn't bad, just not great, so that is who they put me with.If you are late, they charge you 47.50 a day. They informed me that I would be the rest of my loan catching up becuase of the late charges and the fact that interest was accruing faster than I was paying my car off. I will end up the loan, having missed only two payments over the life, and still owing a final payment of $1500 they told me becuase of collection costs, late fees and accrued interest. They amount to a predatory lender. I wish people who make comments negatively could walk in someone elses shows before speaking. Ask the state of Florida to take an interest in their teachers and social workers, and pay us more so we don't struggle. Our pay raised were canceled last year and again this year due to state budget. Think that inflation should be canceled to? How are we to keep up? My husband has had to get a second job and I'm writing online two hours a night just to keep up with the bills. This is ridiculous.

They are most likely calling you because somebody wrote you down as a reference and just never told you. They are quite annoying and relentless.... I would just tell them to remove you from the calling list and you don't wish to be contacted on that account any more.
