Same thing just happened! Used the Dani Atkinson name. She targeted my aunt down in Phoenix, AZ. (I'm up in SD so I found it weird.... my bf is from Pierre, SD).

Full email stating that, and she sent my aunt a check as well.

Your bf should alert local authorities about her. She needs to be stopped and prosecuted. He's in the same town anyway. Well good luck

I am financially reliable and it has been a plus making money from teaching yoga as a lot of people look after themselves now in an easy way. I will like to find a place before i start looking around for something physical/permanent at hospitals there too. WARNING now they are going by the name of Richard Allen with the email richier.allen1331@gmail.com I received a check from him in the mail called the bank and it is no good. He wanted me to clean an apartment in York pa when I called the complex they said they had no leases in either his or his wife's name. I found it on York craigslist

Same exact situation... Daniela m. Atkinson from Pierre... Trying this same exact thing in the southwest Florida area. From what I read, I cannot figure out yet what this scam actually is, but it's definitely bizarre. My first tipoff before coming across this webpage was the style of her writing and construction of the sentences. I wouldn't be surprised if this is someone from outside of the US.

So I did a little more research. You can be held financially responsible for the fraudulent cashier check that this "Daniela Atkinson" person is insisting on sending if you cash it.

Who ever this is put an ad on the Des Moines, Iowa Craig's list.  Beware!  The post reads the same as the others I have read here.  From Pierre, SD.  Person needs to be found and prosecuted.

Same song and dance in Kansas City, Missouri on Craigslist.  Who should this be reported to?. The fact that she keeps doing this, though hopefully not getting away with it, is ridiculous.

Shortly after I got this call a Jasime Williams had  $78 from my paypal account.

She is still doing it in 2020!  I've been being cautious about EVERYTHING since contacting her.

I got the same stuff about her mother passing, her being a travel nurse, her interested in teaching yoga.

She said the contact was her Uncle John.  I call it and get voicemail, but the message is unintelligible and can't be understood other than to leave a message.
