Just got 3rd call in last week or so from this number. Use both my first and last names at different times, so I am clearly on a list. This time I just started cussing him out as soon as he quit talking Claimed to be Microsoft security department.  Told him I did not even like Microsoft and knew number was in wrong state (Berkeley, Alameda area) and was illegal regardless.  Hope they get these guys somehow.  Don't we have diplomatic relations with India? How do they get away with this so long. Made yet another FTC Complaint (do they do any good?).

Just got the same call - for the second time. He said his name was Larry Williams, (yeah right! with a [***] accent). I acted like I knew him with.............. "OH My GOSH Larry, I was just thinking about you. I've been meaning to call you. What did you ever do with that old fire truck you bought a few years ago.?" Dead silence, then a spitting sound and he hung up. LOL......... I can't wait for them to call again,

They said they were from Micrsoft, ohh so so wrong, I was not stupid enough to fall for that. He wanted to take fix computer because it was sending them error messages. Told me to put in this in the run box: supportme.com, I reserched it, and it was a site that would aloow them to take over my computer. My son calls them Key Loggers. They need to be stopped! It was odd because I changed my phone # which has only been in service a couple of hours. lol
Thanks for the heads up also!

The voice was Indian. He knew my name, place of employ, last 4 of social. Told me I had an unpaid payday loan, which I have NEVER had and that I owed $4,535.00 that I must pay immediately or the police would pick me up at my place of employ on Monday at 11 a.m. and I would be transferred to a jail cell in California.  He told me that he hopes God blesses me if I cannot make this payment.  I asked to speak to his supervisor and we were disconnected.  He kept calling me back and insisting that I hung up.  I could hardly understand him and kept saying, "What?" and then he would repeat himself.  Finally he said, "S--- my c--- you M-------f------ b-----", which I understood. and then he proceeded to say that I can understand him fine if I understood that.  This call comes from all sorts of numbers.  I answered it because I am job hunting and have to answer my phone. I am also on the do not call list.

These calls are beyond ridiculous.  SCAM, thieves, low lives, no class, etc.
How can I block this # from my phone?

Whoever this "Indian" sounding person is they need to be found and smacked and sued. I made them wait on the phone as long as I could playing around with them because I knew it was a phishing attempt. I told them I was booting up my PC and then I had to boot up a different PC because it didn't have Windows 7 on it. Then I had to reboot again and again. Then my keyboard didn't work. So I had to reboot again. You get the idea. Then I booted up my Mac and told them I was ready. I made them very frustrated until they finally hung up. What fun :)

These are crooks but have some fun. The "Indian" sounding man said his name was "John Morrison" - Yeah right, so is mine (not). They said they were calling because one of my computers was reporting a lot of error messages to Microsoft. When I asked him which one of the 6 PCs was having the problem he said all of them. Then I asked what the error was and he said he'd show me how to see them "with my own eyes". I knew right off the bat this was a crook so I decided to have some fun with this guy like the last person David did. I was taking my sweet time making this idiot wait on the phone. I was rebooting my PC and asking stupid questions and getting back unbelievable answers. I should have recorded the call and put it up on Youtube. Maybe next time. I actually had to keep hitting the mute key because I was laughing so hard I was pissing myself. If these crooks call you, have a little fun at their expense. It will turn a potentially harmful experience into a party :)

Why all of the negitave feed back? This indian dude assured me that he was from windows,  [ windows are something that the wind blows through, and I've heard the wind blow before.] He asked, "If I was aware that my computer was sending out viruses". I told him that I was aware of scams claiming just that. When I insisted that he tell me from what IP address these viruses that I was suppose to be sending was coming from, he started jumbling he speech and said he didn't understand. I then asked for a phone number (Windows) to verify that he was what he said he was and also asked for his name to also verify. This is that info:  (302) 464-5393  Name: Christopher Brown.
I believe he may have called me something in some unknown dialect because I could just make out some words (through the jumbling again) and he hung up on me... HOW RUDE.

Receiver's of those calls should be aware, but are completely blind.

Calls from this number are generated on behalf of a "Brother" who claims to be "Big."

Calls the past two nights at 12 am and 12:30 am from that same number.  Think next time I will use an air horn when picking up.  Maybe that will deter any other late night calls from this idiot.
