Who do we report these idiots to that will actually do something about it?

This person has also called my friends mom in Newfoundland twice in two days now. Matching the same descriptions as everyone else and asked her to go to a website to download software to clean up or repair her computer.

hi i also had 2 calls fr. this number yesterday they hung up when i said to them would you please repeat that and they hung up. so today April 21st. in morn. and he spoke good english. and he kept it up till i finally said that i have a person who checks my computer every month,so i asked where he was calling fr,. and he said Inda after awhile he ;hung up.

Just got the call on my cell phone..........don't answer any calls that I don't recognize/aren't in my contact list.    Look the numbers up on this website.........almost all numbers I receive/don't recognize are SCAMMERS!     If you are receiving these calls on a cell phone, check your provider's website or call them.    You can block these numbers.     I am limited to blocking 5 numbers....so I rotate them on my account.   Block a number, leave there for about a month.  Delete that one after a month, and block the most current one(s).
Between this type of call and the wonderful ones that state they have you for criminal activity, you're going to be arrested, BLAH BLAH BLAH.........I've about had it.   Already have a police report/phone company nusiance report filed for 1 set of these IDIOTS!!!

I've been receiving calls from this number, after about 30 seconds, it cuts out. What the hell do these people want? I am using my cell phone for business, not to listen to some yuppie ramble on about nothing and wasting my minutes.

In response to TNoel, Americans insult Canadians all the time. I know a lot of American people and each one has made several snide remarks about Canadians. There is one thing Americans are good at. That is playing the poor wounded victim whenever anyone disses The States. Did you not read the comment from the [***] "Simply10". As for Simply10, I would rather poke out both my own eyes with a red hot poker than become an American. Please remember that bullies to get what's coming from them eventually. And The States is known as a world wide bully.

I have received several 'Windows Support' calls over the last month or so, always from a blocked number. Always told the caller that we don't have a computer, he then hung up.
Today, the number wasn't blocked, came up as this number. Reported it to Canadian Anti-Fraud (www.antifraudcentre.ca).

i just got a call from this num also saying that my computer wasnt working right it was a girl told her i dont have a computer and she hung up so glad i did .

I've heard more Americans makeing stereotypical and rude comments about Canadians than not.

I recieved a call from this number yesterday and when I said "hello", they didn't respond so I hung up...will not answer this call anymore.

had the same happen to me,only he said he was a windows server,sayin my pc was sending error reports without me knowing.he had a wierd accent,i figure eastern eaurope.im in Nova Scotia,Canada.the number was   1-510-943-3040.   kinda caught me off gaurd

510-943-3040 now this number is saying they are trying to sell you a car loan in american the same asian women called me said she had my ss number called me a [***] and some other names said she was going to ruien my credit since i didnt want  a car loan from them blah blah wow i never heard someone be so low when they didnt get their way sham on them

I am receiving phone calls fromt his number saying they got my apporval for a 20,000 dollar car loan and they got my information from the computer. The man indicated he had my e-mail and other contact information such as social security.

My son got a call from 510.943.3040. He unknowingly thought we had a virus and downloaded the software. What to do now?
