- T-WillReceived 2 more calls from this number since yesterday. Ignoring the call.
- ShininStaLuckily, my smart phone allows me to send their calls directly to voicemail. I'll call them. There's no reason why any company should be able to call me from 8:15am to 8:45 at night, five times a day.
- ShininSta replies to T-WillUnfortunately, I'm in Sales, so I have to answer calls from numbers that I don't recognize. I just figured out that I can send their calls directly to voicemail on my smart phone, if I add them to my contacts.
- Robin owenAll of you should read the book The Thank You Economy. We have more power than you know. The internet allows us to raise hell and tell thousands of people about what Macy's is doing. it will hurt their bottom line. Now go to their website and blast them with emails. also blog and post about your bad experience all over Facebook, twitter and my space!
- COkegIf it's a collection agency, Macy's is getting ripped off too, if this "collection agency" charges per call, then never leaves a msg. Actually, they might be better off -- I didn't realize that I forgot to pay my Macy's until I got this call, didn't answer, then looked up the number on the internet! Now I will pay the bill and not EVER answer this number, except to tell them to f**k off. All they need to do is leave a msg saying they THINK your Macy's bill is overdue. This multiple calls a day and hanging up is just harassment. BTW, is it legally okay to cuss out someone who calls you?
- Caller: Macy's collection agency?
- Call type: Debt collector
- T-WillI finally answered the call and it was a lady who was from Macy's billing asking for my mom (not sure how they got my number). So I let my mom know to check her Macy's account.

- JulieI've been getting calls from 513-573-8031, 727-556-7300, and 800-669-0102 numerous times a day and a week for a few weeks now. First it started with the 800 number, then the 727 number and now the 513 number. I do not answer phone calls from unknown callers so I have not answered these calls and they do not leave voicemails, which tells me it is not important. I really don't appreciate calls at dinner time on Sunday or at 10:30 p.m. on a weeknight when I have to get up at 4:40 a.m. However these idiots got my number they should give up, I'm not buying anything or talking to them.
- JDSame thing here. I don't trust it. Lady with Indian accent asked for my SS # and I hung up.
- pranksterwww.prankdial.com + 513-573-8031 (or any telemarketer's #)
just a suggestion for anyone that gets offended by the oppressive abuse of telemarketing schemes. - johnnyim sick of these [***]
- Caller: macys
- Garretti get atleast 3 or 4 calls from both of these numbers 513-573-8031, 727-556-7300 every day i dont answer them but i am getting annoyed when they call all the time its been going on for atleast the last 2 months
- NancyI too received repeated calls from this number in Mason, OH and ignored them. Unfortunately I didn't know that it was Macys calling me until I checked this website. They were calling about a misplaced, forgotten and unpaid credit card bill. Meanwhile, interest charges were accumulating. I happened to check my Macy's account online and realized the problem. I paid the bill and am receiving no further calls. It might be to your advantage to answer a call from this number. In the future I will know to check my Macy's account if I get such a call.
- TLSI have been a Macy's customer for many years. I owe them approx $75. I told them I will pay but tomorrow I am going in for tests on my back as I have been in dreadful pain. I get calls on my land line from MCCS which is Macy's and calls on my cell from the 513 number. I have terrible pain in my back and Macy's is causing pain in my butt. Am I charged for a 513 incoming call on my cell? If so, I will just pay my phone bill and deduct each of these calls from what I owe to Macy's.

- NAI've been receiving these calls for the past two weeks. I finally talked to someone yesterday and aside from knowing how much I owe and my phone number, didn't know anything. She asked me to provide her my address and stuff...of course I said NO. This looks really bad on Macy's end if they have not done anything about it yet. Emailed corporate already and plan to cancel my Macy's account.

- BrandonIve been getting two calls a day every day for months from these people. I have never had a Macys card and now i don't intend to. The next time they call im going to go off on them. Maybe that will stop them.
- KatsuoRead the posts, Number began calling me a few days ago, and the frequency of calls per day is kinda. . .
increasing. I do NOT have a Macy's card or whatever >.>; Not gonna bother to call back, just gonna ignore it. Only tried this site out of curiosity. - KaleHave had 3 calls in as many days... Answered 3rd call... Refused to identify themselves... Who they were? Or, what they wanted... Hung up!
Checked my Macy's online account. After 6 years, I discovered that I did miss this month's $25 payment due to bereavement... Online account indicates next month payment has doubled. Seems Macy's online system isn't after a collector's fee/commission. If it was Macy's? I will never know! - mdCaller ID shows MASON OH, but the caller is Macy's Credit and Customer Services (MCCS). Yesterday, I received five calls and complained twice. I was told my number would be removed -- this morning another call. I called to complain again. Each time I complained, I asked if my number was on any of their accounts and three times that it was not I was told it was not. If my number is not on any account, MCCS has no business calling my number.
Since regular agents can't stop the calls, I asked for a supervisor who found my number on an account, and removed it. No more calls, right? Answer: the number might still be in the call system, so... FAX a cease and desist letter to Macy's.
When you call, get names of the people who answer. Make a note of your call and what was promised.
This aggressive calling policy is not good public relations for Macy's. Five calls in a single day are unacceptable. Dead air calls from a collection department are unacceptable.

- ckThanks for the tip and info md. I received 3 calls today.
This was for my bloomingdale's card that has an American Express symbol that I didn't even know was handled by macys.
Same problem as others - the bill that I paid online only was credited to my bloomingdale's store card number and NOT my Amex number. (didn't know they were different number until I called ). But my frustration is that it is a known glitch in the online banking system and they aren't informing their cardholders of this problem! The agent said to make sure when I pay my bill online that it is going to the Amex number and not the store number. I don't know why they aren't the same. ridiculous! Going to complain to Bloomingdales next.- Caller: MCCS(Bloomingdales)
