Called back and it's "GE Money".

I get 2 calls daily first thing in the morning and then usually around 9pm every night.  No message and no answer when I call back.  I'm REALLY fed up.

Keep getting call from this number all hours day and night 7 days a week.  No answer when I pick up.  Call it back, no answer. Calls my phone 5-10 times per day.

CAREFUL WITH GE MONEY - they handle lots of retail credit cards like JCPenney's Old Navy, Kohls, Home Depot, TARGET etc.  So if you have a dept store credit card it is probably via GE MONEY.   They also handle the Care Credit accounts you can get via Dr's and Dentist offices.

GEMONEY rips off its customers regularly - by deliberately withholding payments until they are late.  They post fraud charges on accounts and stop sending statements.  If you have a Care Credit account - they really get you - they will withhold your last payment on a 0% interest account so they can add a full years interest and late fees.  THEY REFUSE TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES AS WELL.  They will lie to you over and over again.

I keep getting calls from this number.  They ask for my husband and when I say he is not in, they ask if I am his wife.  I say yes and they hang up.  Other times the automated voice says hold on.  I do and say hello.  Then they hang up.  Something shady is going on for sure.  The call is very misleading.  I found through reverse lookup that it is GE Money.  We bought a TV about 6 weeks ago.  I called HHGregg to say that we have never gotten a statement.  They gave me the 888 number to GE Money.  They couldnt talk to me as the TV is in my husband's name.  Now I am hearing that they do this on purpose to get late fees from people.  Very shady.

whoever these people are they constantly call at least 10 to 20 times a day, seven days a week and all hours of the day and night.  they never leave a message.  They need to stop.

I would like to call them late at night and block my number. Let me hang up on them too!

this company started calling me yesterday on my cell.  they have call several times a day. they need to stop calling people!  my cellphone doesn't block calls :(

Automated voice says to please hold for important call - then a lady gets on and asks who I am, then hangs up.  2-3 calls every day - always the same thing!

They are calling me constantly, including weekends and evenings. I never answer because I never take calls from unfamiliar numbers. I put them on call block then they call under a different number.

Now they are calling me on 605-355-5648 (Rapid City, SD).

I researched all these numbers and they are all associated with GE money bank.

Once they get the idea I put them on call reject, they call back under a different phone number from a different location. They never leave a message. I use a public phone and call them back and all I get is a busy signal or no answer.

you would think if this is so urgent, why do they never leave a message? Why is it always a busy signal or no answer when calling back? Something is fishy here...

The Caller ID keeps ringing up on my cell phone and won't pick up when I answer.  I Googled it and it's GE MoneyBank with whom I admit to having two accounts, I am currently working at a job that has a drastic cut in pay from my previous one, and I worked out a "payment plan" with them.  Turns out they did not take the money out of my checking account as they said they would, and now I'm getting deluged with multiple calls on my cell that I cannot return because they will not answer. I keep telling people I know, had I known this type of harassment was going to happen, I never would have done business with GE MoneyBank, because apparently they do most of their collection calls from overseas by way of people who hardly understand a word of English, who misinterpret during negotiation of the settlement of your account and who apparently lie to you about a stimulus program that GE has set up.  It's very frustrating and I wish that I knew a way out.

They just keep calln my cell and house every other day. I have 3 accounts that GEMoney took over in the last 2 years. I lost my job in June, and Im waiting on disability. I keep telling them I wont hear anything until my hearing on Sept 9th. So those rude people then ask "So exactly how are you paying your utilities if you don't have ANY money". What?! Are they serious? Im not...can't wait for my phones to be shut off, just to get some peace and quiet from these people.

This is so true about the Care Credit account. My son is active in the Army and they won't even correct it for one of our soldiers.  Sad, greedy folks at GE Money Bank. BTW, do NOT under any circumstances by a GE washing machine or dishwasher either.  They're junk to the max.

I got a call this morning and I had no idea who this person was. Well I looked it up and it said GE Money. Well I have one account with them and last month I used their online payment services. I noticed a week later they did get it. So now I am stuck paying late fees. I hate companies like this. especially these days

This number keeps calling and only on this last one they have mentioned my first and last name but pronounced it incorrectly. I don't have a GE appliance nor do I have an account with GEMoney. HATE THIS!
