I keep getting calls daily from them, constantly.  I do not have any GE accounts or products.  I called back and got a busy signal.  I want them to stop calling!

They call at 8:35 every morning,and I talk to somebody every time and they ask for a different person every time,I have told them that my number is on the do not call list and they still ask is so and so there,this is my cell phone and they call at least 5 or 6 times a day.

file complaints with the federal Trade commission and Office of Thrift Supervision.

GEMB will only respond and fix THEIR MISTAKES when the complaint comes from the office of thrift supervision.

YOU MUST FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND OFFICE OF THRIFT SUPERVISION!

GEMB will only respond to valid customer complaints when they come in via the Office of Thrift Supervision - I know this for a fact.  I had to get the OTS involved to make them fix THEIR MISTAKES

if paid online before the due date, but they did not post it as paid until after the due date - you must file complaints

They do this alot to everyone - so they can illegally add late fees.

They are debt collectors that have bought a debt.  Problem is, they they keep calling years after I've paid the entire bill off!!!!  Even after you fax them the paid sheet.  Unbelievable!!  Talk about idiots!!

Same here!  8:30am or so.  And the debt was payed off about 4  years ago!  Explain that!

They buy the debt from someone else and then try to collect on it.  They are relentless!

Yes, they are all the same place.  They route numbers through various area codes hoping you'll pick up on one of them thinking it's a friend or something.  I've paid my debt off years ago and they are still trying to collect because the info is old.

I just recently opened a care credit account for some pricey dental work.  Does GEMoney handle that account? I have a year to pay it off with no interest.  
I have been receiving daily phone calls from all of the numbers mentioned in this discussion.  I asked the person I was connected with if "it was appropriate or professional to answer the phone with a simple 'hello'"? It was like he was expecting his buddy to call.  (Might as well said "What up?" He then hung up on me.

This company is SCUM !!!

They call starting at exactly 8:02AM and call every hour 7 days a week until 8:30pm.

I have never visited S.D. or know anyone living there so until these people or computer dialers LEARN TO LEAVE A F***'N message WHEN I AM AT WORK ALL DAY SO I CAN PAY OFF MY BILLS they can keep calling!!!!

One fun game to play with these clowns is to set up call forwarding on your cell for a few days....and set the forwarding number to the FTC or Office of Thrift Supervision. That way every time they call you, they call them!

These idiots call me repeatedly, even though I have zero current or past relationships with GEMB.

I've gotten calls from them before from various different numbers - this number is a new one that shows up (have gotten calls from the 937 and 480 area codes - all for GE money),  I've got one account with them and I've been doing my best to stay up to date but my job has enforced furlough days and pay cuts, so now i'm behind but not really worried.  According to care credit my account with them is closed - I could wait the 7 years if I'm so inclined.  I generally don't answer calls on my cell phone from numbers I don't know anyway - if it's important the caller should leave a message.

I may try contacting the FTC and OTC.

They just called at my work number (which they should not have at all). It was routed through this number from someplace else.  I had one call on my cell from the AZ number last week and only a garbled message.  I checked my bank that night and the payment went through. Nothing else in the 6 days until this call.

I said I would pull up past bills to check totals and take care of anything through my bank but I do not give financial information over the phone. I also told them not to call me again.  I doubt they will listen.

they've been calling me since yesterday (saturday) and today. They've called 4 times already. I picked up the 1st 2, I get an important message saying they have a message for me (with full name) and to press any key to continue. No name of company or anything. Now I read it's GE Money. I do have a Care Credit account with them. I hope it's nothing bad. I'm calling straight to their line tomorrow and figuring this out and if it's one of the cases described above, I'm sure submitting it to FTC or OTS...thanks guys

I do not owe them anything for another 5 months, they keep calling..under different numbers and not leaving messages

I am now starting to get calls from this number 605-355-5648, but I have no accounts with GE Money. I have paid off the two credit cards i do have, so I dont understand why i am getting a call from them. I wil file a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. I refuse to be harrassed.

I have been getting calls from these clowns for about a week or so. The earlier calls were obviously from a foreigner so I asked where he was from. The idiot tried to tell me where the headquarters was. I told him to stop being stupid and asked he was located. He finally told me India. I told him that I choose to not speak to a foreigner when folks here are without work. So tonight they called again and as soon as I answered the line went dead. I called back and finally got someone who used the name "Rachel". I informed her that she and her company were in violation for harassing me and that she was as liable as they. I messed with her for a minute and finally got her to break and she told me they would call anytime they wanted. Again I told her they were breaking the law by harassing me and she told me that I was too because I cursed her and her momma. So we debated that for a minute. This just shows these operators are making $6.50 an hour and don't have a clue about the Fair Debt Collection Act.

Yes, they do handle them! I got my first statement, but not my second, and now they won't stop calling!

they do this to me also they keep calling me night and day coz of my care credit account how could u stop this greedy people doing this.i am aware of my debt. how could this be stop.
