If you are late just 1 day, they are on your [***] from then on.  They try to get you to make a payment over the phone using your checking account.  If you say ok, then after they have all of your info they tell you that there will be a $10 or $15 service charge to do this.  I just tell them that "no, I've changed my mind and will do it via GE's website and avoid that charge.  They do their best to disuade you from that by saying that your payment will be late.  Fer cryin' out loud, the reason they're calling you is because your payment is late so what's the f'n difference?

Just tell them you'll pay online.  It pisses them off bigtime!

BTW, They only have my cell # and I have their calls go directly to voicemail.  They call on another line and I just add that # to the list.  In effect it blocks their calls to my cell and my landline is unlisted.

Receiving calls from this number..GE Money  all hours of the day and night!

They called from this number and said something about " Titties and Beer "  I thought to myself hell, why not.  when I said "you bet" then the [***] tried to take money outta my checkin account.  Now where I'm from thats called prostitution.

I have been getting calls from this number as well as others over and over again all stems from Gm money!!!  I wish they couldnt get away with this as they do, but they do.  Where is the honor in others lives that they think it is ok to work at jobs like this!  I called back once telling them not to call me again, and there was a man telling me I want aloud to call that number back...lol!!!  REALLY!???

Who ever this number is from, I am not interested.  Want them to stop calling.  Am on the Do Not Call List

GE Money is associated with Care Credit. Chances are if they are calling you, you missed a payment on your Care Credit Medical Credit card.

I really wish this number would stop calling me considering Ive told them 12 (literally) separate times that they have the wrong number

They call me often regarding my Care Credit card that is in a lower interest rate repayment plan.  Doesn't matter--they continue to call.  They use multiple phone #s, many of the area codes & prefixes come back to India (gee, imagine that).  They are ruthless, but will continue to call (and not leave messages) even if you are one day late or on a debt reduction plan like I am.

Well, guess I have to join in this fray!   My phone calls start about a week before the statement arrives (if it even arrives) ... Now I will admit the one time I phoned in, the person on the line seemed very helpful and went so far as to credit me the late fee they had charged ...  

Of course, they did the same thing again ... this time, apparently the 8 or 9 phone calls p/day is standard business when you owe them $11 .... yes, that's right ... $11 USD.

This IS GE~ Sorry DOGS, and I am being POLITE since this is a message board. I PAID a month ahead, making 2 payments in one month so I could be ahead, NOW they tell me I can't do this...THEN WHY did you accept the $$$. They say I am behind?? Seriously??? Going to file a complaint. The calls come BEFORE 8:00 A.M., and when I talked to the lady she could hardly speak ENGLISH, so apparently she needs another class ENGLISH 101~ She kept talking over me,and apparently she didn't compute, I was ahead and current in payments. WIll also see IF I can seek a attorney. These people are EVIL!

GE Money keeps calling all times of the day & night on my cell phone. I need them to stop right now. They never sent me a bill last month, I didn't pay because i didn't realize they didn't until they called me and asked for payment. They wanted money for that month and the next month. I said " Excuse me I'm not paying for next month because it's not next month yet". I'll pay the other month though. They refused to take my payment over the phone since i wasn't making both payments. I told them next time send me a bill. You can't pay a bill unless you receive one!!!

GE Money....They probably call me 7-10 times a day.  They are a horrible, horrible creditor.  Unless you can pay them off you are screwed for life.  I have been paying on my bill for over 4 years and it has not gone down 1 cent because of their ridiculous interest rates and fee's.  I wish I knew this about them before I used them for my eye surgery.

I was receiving multiple calls from them for being late, not paying the right amount, etc., but I had lost my job and tried to put them on a debt management program.  They refused saying the $100 was too low, and only reducing their interest to 15%.  I wrote to ask for an interest rate reduction due to job loss, they denied me.  I finally called and asked what the heck they wanted me to do!  After speaking with a guy who had to be from a call center in India, they gave me 9% for 9 months which cut my payment down by over $125 a month!  I was shocked.  Thing is, I'll likely be back in the same trouble if I don't find a job soon when the 9-month program runs out.  Even with being on THEIR plan, THEY STILL CALL!  The debt collection part has no clue what the billing dept. is doing.

i read all the complaints above and do agree with u all. this company keeps calling me about a care credit accoun. the funning think is i dont have a account with them. i told them wrong number and person but they still insist that it the person there hunting for.i get call all hours of the day too,

Thanks for this info!  They never billed me at all during the term of my interest-free period.  What cheats!

Joni--I had the same thing w/GE Money/Care Credit Card.  Call all hrs of the day/night, every single day.  I kept a journal of their calls one month---first wk I got over 57 calls!!  Just a WEEK!!!!  maddening.  I had that "don't pay for a yr--no serv. chgs thing---I started paying 2-3 X's the minamum every month right away.  Had ONE BAD MTH they tormented me to no end.  After one mth of monitoring the calls from them, over 300!  Now the MIN pmt is only $5 over all the chgs/taxes/etc.  I still continue to pay more than Min. but to what end I may never know....

They asked for Mark Graham and I said he wasn't here and then they asked for me.  I said why are you calling this number.  You are calling me long distance, so then they hung up on me.

They keep calling and not leaving a message, it is very annoying!

GE Money is the corporation behind Texaco, Chevron, Care Credit (for dental purposes) as far as I know for personal experience.

I been calling all day and nights what can I do to stop calling unwanted calls?
