I co-signed a note for my granddaughter to have a medical procedure the summer of 2010.  They are calling me to tell me I owe them money.  I have told them that I agreed to co-sign for the procedure.  They are telling me that I had to let them know in writing that I wasn't responsible for charges for my grandaughter.  Three years later???  I am suddenly responsible for charges she made this summer?  I think NOT.

Ask the person on the end of the line if they have a customer service email address and or fax number and send them a cease and desist letter. By law they will not be able to contact you over the phone anymore.

These people keep calling, two times today. When I answer they hang up. Wish they would just stop.
This has gone on for 2 weeks, sometimes it is a computer generated voice that says "please hold while you call is completed". Of course I hang up. If they wanted to talk to someone they would be on the line. To date, no person has ever talked to me. Anybody know how to make the calls stop?

Stop calling.  You are no bussiness that I deal with and I will NEVER ANSWER!!!

I was TWO days late for my CareCredit payment, and the calls started THE DAY it was due. Once this is taken care of I will NEVER use my card again. SHEESH! Calls from all different numbers, no voicemails are ever left, no statements.. I only used the card because my cat needed surgery and there was no other way. Geeze.. calling all hours AND weekends.. even SUNDAY! Can this be considered harrassment?

    My payment a week late not even ten days late bc of my pay date being changed they called me on sunday at 6:45, at night till 10:30 and since I dont answer calls under unknown I ignored the calls. I didnt know the latest number they called from some I googled it and found this site. I believe from my searches the bank is open 7 days a week till ten at night which is why the calls were coming into my home so late. I believe that a leash must be put onto this bank to stop these calls that late. This bank is by far the worst case of torment that I have ever seen why doesnt the goverment stop this company from this behavior?

This is GE Capital. They finance numerous credit cards, installment lending, etc.  If you are getting auto dialed, you are most like 1 day or more late on your monthly payment.

They keep asking for another person. How do I call and tell them it is the wrong number

GE Money showed up on the landlady's caller ID.

They call all day and nite

I've been getting 3-5 calls per day from this number as well as 480-707-4006, which is another GE Money number. They never leave a message. I blocked these 2 numbers, so I'm curious to see if I start getting calls from other numbers.

we get phone calls everyday even after phoning them and asking our names to be taken off their list. we are leasing this property......what a pain in the neck with these phone calls!!!

Repeatedly and constantly receiving calls from 9375342092 4807074006 and this day from 6063555648, those are unknown, unwanted and reported as abuse; please take note and do not answer those numbers; can not catch the reason for doing this calls, have no connection with any of those numbers, please take note and report, thanks

This number calls me several times a day, it is unwanted and extremely bothersome.

Please keep these people away from constantly calling me. I don't know them and don't owe them anyting!!

they are sharks, I pay them every month. Soon as they get the money they start calling & want another payment for the same month. Im on limited income but it don't seem to matter to them. They charge exhorbment interest, late fees so your balance hardly go's down . Bottom feeders loan sharks.

Every morning I received calls from this number.
No message left and no identification left.
They don't answer when we talk on the phone, I work for South Florida State Hospital...
