They've been calling my home 3 to 4 times a day for the last 3 weeks. I have filed a complaint with AG office and BBB also reporting calls to local law enforcement. Keeping logs on these calls they seem to be digging for information possibly setting up identity scam with the questions they are asking.

these ppl are calling me / they have called my job - threaten to garnish my wages and the company name is world wide and associates ... they don't identify themselves as a debt collector. yet say you owe money digging up debt from 6-7 yrs ago

Also received several calls from a MATT JOHNSON. But always let it go to vmail, where rude msgs were left. The number is 951-444-7799, thank gawd I came across this forum. Just yesterday u was prank calling them every 30mins from blocked line. F@&k U Matt Johnson and Worldwide and associates. Excuse my French.

This is a working number, just faxed a cease and desist...lets hope it works!!!

This company is very unprofessional and unethical they have called me and harassed me several times there rep who says he is operations manager Dan Schiele is a scum bag I am going to go over personally to his office  and make him apologize to me in front of his whole company for the way he talks to me ans then I'm going to file a lawsuit against him and the owner if company  as they have violated every law and the worse f it all is I don't we the debt the bank bought it back since it was the banks mistake . A person from this company left a voice mail on my answering machine.  When I returned the call he asked for information about person with the same name as one of my relatives.  When I asked what the matter was referencing, he said, "a civil matter".  I said what does that mean?  He said in a raised voice and rude tone, "Why are you meddling in her business?"  So I said, "Why are you leaving messages about a person who doesn't even live here on my voice mail?"  He then yelled at me to tell this person to call me and hung up on me.  From my perspective he made it my business when he called my home.  

I've blocked the number.  

From all of the other posts I've read, this company is a nightmare.  I hope someone shuts them down soon.

They call my house up to 10x a day! He asks for my personal info without disclosing who he is! He screams at my fiance "put her on the damn phone this is known of your damn business!" I'm fed up they harass me everyday from daylight till dark!!

They are also known as premuim assets huntington group llc..Josh, jim, dan..threats people of debts that have exceeded statue of limitations..they want cc numbers or bank account numbers..do not give them anything.

Received a call from this number. Message is from John Kolby who states that some type of legal action is pending against my home and I must call to resolve the issue. Indicates he is an attorney. What an idiot. So, John where is my certified mail indicating legal action is being taken. The scare tactics don't work. I have perfect credit. I have no idea of who they are trying to locate because they do not leave the name of a person. They can call a million times a day. My telephone is for emergency use only. The ringer is off.

Continuously receiving harassing and threatening calls stating we owe a debt for a credit card that we never have obtained. Contacted the business and they stated, they have never opened any account with our name. We receive numerous calls a day! This has got to be illegal.

Caller continuously makes harassing and threatening calls at all hours of the day! Can't even provide proof of legitimate claims.
