I have been getting calls and extreeme harassments, with vulgar language and nasty remarks, from this number and noone will give me their name.

I got a message from a relative in another state and the email message was: Txxxxh got a call today from someone who wanted to inform you about some fraud case against you. The info she got is below:

Here is the info for RXXn MXxXxhl Sr. The number to call is 714- 380- 5870. The case number to refer to when calling is 855332CA. They said to let him know the case has been moved to the court of Benton County.

I'll call later to tell you more about what the guy told Txxxh.



Please block this number for me and proceed with legal action against them for unnecessary harassment.

They are calling us for an employee who hasn't worked here since 2007. They've called 5-6 times a day since last week. I'm pretty sure it's illegal. They leave voicemails at each employees ext. detailing legal action being taken against this person (how embarrassing) I am calling them back today to tell them he doesn't work here anymore. sheesh. they should be getting sued right and left.

This man Don Terry called me once last week from this number and did not introduce him self or ask for me by man he just bluntly asked me if i knew a man named Light Born Jones. I was sick and had no voice so i simply said "No" and hung up. I assumed the was a prank.

He called back today. He left a message saying that he needed to speak to me to wrap up an investigation.

I called back.  He was not polite. I told him I had no idea who he was or why he was calling me from Santa Ana, CA. He told me that he was a attorney investigating a man named Light Borne Jones from Georgia and any known associated. I asking how he found my number. He said he ran it through a database which has an 85% effective rate of finding associated individuals. He asked me where I was calling from. I told him nothing specific, just that I was at school as by this time I felt he was fishing for information. He also asked me how long i had had the number because the program couldn't determine if anyone else besides me had had the number in the past 12 months. I told him I had the number since I was 14. He then asked how old I was. I only told him mid-twenties and that was not his business. After this I told him I did not know Light Borne Jones I started asking him to tell more about who he was and clarify what organization he worked for. He told me that he was Don Terry of Don Terry and Associates,and he then asked me why I was curious. I told him that I was suspicious of him as he cold called me out of nowhere and was asking me strange questions. He then told me that since i had no association with this Light Borne Jones that he would never need to call me again. This was the end of the conversion.

This annoyed me and made me curious  of his motives. I am now more concerned to see that others have had various odd interactions with him.

They keep calling, leaving messages for someone I've never heard of. Talking about "properties" and "investigations". So annoying.

I got a few calls from World Wide Associates looking for Doreen Ziolo as she owes money.  Told them No Doreen here and ask them not to call again. Caller was rude, threating and said would call back every day. Asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on.

Daughter recg harassing calls from this number. I called the number and spoke with two very rude people that wouldn't identify themselves. More to the story but short on time. Signed very irritated

They were looking for Richard Cornell or something like that.  They call four or five times a day for the last 2 months.  Everyday I have a call from them and the man is rude and threatening.

The guy who called me was really rude and seemed itching for an argument. I suppose these people are in a miserable line of work and all, but I would have expected someone to be more polite. The previous owner of my number owes money. I have told 4 separate collectors not to call my number but they keep bothering me. In my opinion it seems that the debt collectors don't really erase numbers off their call lists, they just tell you they do.

Called 11-17-2010 @ 11:25, left message on recorder looking for someone else not in the household.

surprised that these people still out there! Got a message on my voicemail this morning saying that I must call back today regarding a property... I would never call back to thse kind of fishing calls.

Called 11-24-2010 @ 12:34, left no message on perfectly good working recorder.  Have already called and answered looking for someone not in this household.

Interesting knowing that these people are still doing there harassment.    I just received a phone message and than read this blog.    Thanks for the information.

Have received several calls from this number and finally a message that it was imperative I contact "Worldwide Associates".  Being in the middle of an international move, I assumed it was related. Boy was I wrong. A very "fast talker" answered and when I asked him to repeat the name of the company, he immediately asked for the number I was calling from. I politely declined to give it and once again asked for the company name. This resulted in a tirade from "MIKE MEYERS" threatening to continue to call my number unless I give them the number I am calling from. I actuallly starting laughing and was told I wasting his time and I needed to hang up.  WHAT A SCAM!  And nothing makes them madder than when someone doesn't fall for it.  I can't wait for them to call again so I can waste their time again.

Had a message from #714-380-5875, stating that I "MUST call within the next 24 hrs"...

called and said i was being sued for credit card debt i never heard of.vey rude.

also called and said I have 24 hrs or Id be sued. They say I owe on a Best Buy card I never had. Very rude guy calls himself Thomas, real jerk! Kinda guy Id like to meet in person .

kept recieving phone calls from someone at this phone number. when i called back and told them that there was no one by the name they were looking for the caller began using very foul language and repetedly called my phone 3 times and was screaming profanities at me.

Got a message today saying I need to call within 24 hours. Didnt say who they wanted or why they were caling. They did however say they have been trying to reach me for a while, which how could that be, when this was the first time they called?
Sounds like shenanigans to me.

Someone at this number keeps calling my daughter's cell phone. She doesn't have any debts. He's asking for a guy named Kenyo. He won't stop calling.
