- terichReceive several calls a day at my work place. Caller leaves a message to call the phone number (above). Man does not identify himself or the company name. I got fed up and called the number, the same guy answered without identifying the name of the company, I asked and he answered, Worldwide Recovery and asked why I was calling and what number I was calling from. I told him this is a state university number and gave him the number and he asked for an employee who no longer works here. He asked my name and I refused to give it to him and when I was hanging up he was yelling who are you! What is your name?! Becoming more and more hostile. I will take suggestions above and report to FTC and my State's Attorney General's office if and when this number shows up on my office caller ID again!

- frustrated daughter replies to MaryKmy 89 year old father has been the victim of Kumato Labs for years. He orders the supplements and other 'herbs' and gives them his credit card over and over again. He has been scammed out of so much money from these and timeshare scam artists trying to sell his timesheet. So frustrating. Have changed phone number, credit cards and they still find him. Don't see how folks can literally sleep at night who take advantage of others
- scared wife| 2 repliesI got this message today (i was home but i don't answer numbers I don't recognize...) listened to the message and she said (miss no-name...) was from WORLD WIDE and ASSOCIATES--that they have made several attempts to contact us with no reply and that we must call back in 24- hrs.
well, my husband (who himself is a LEGIT telemarketer) called the number back and got a guy on the phone. he tried to prod all of this personal information out of my husband (all while being excessively rude and threatening), but my husband thankfully knows all the laws and the ways to communicate with these types of people so he asked the guy what the company does and where they are located. the guy said "we are a multi-faceted organization," to which my husband said "that doesn't tell me what your company does..." and when asked the location of the company the guy said "have a nice day" and my husband said "that's not a location where are you located?!" and the guy said again "have a nice day" and hung up.
watch out for these guys! They are scum...and scare the crap outta me...I hate calls like this. Good thing I have someone who can handle them without getting emotional like me!
DO NOT give any info to them not even the number you call from (if you are calling them back...) just don't give them a single thing and report to the proper authorities immediately! I hope no one becomes their prey...this stuff is scary =S- Caller: Worldwide and Associates

the man asked for me witch is just odd because Ive only had this number for a month and i don't have any dept .
he told me he needed to talk to my attorney regarding the debt . i told him that i don't have an attorney or any debt .he asked me if i was born in 1975 because he may have got the wrong person . i told him no i was born in the 80s .he told me that it was a mistake and that he would remove my name and number from his list .then i hung up .
this guy was actually polite to me but i think it had to do with the fact he could hear my newborn baby crying in the background and he could tell i was trying to calm my baby down . ...- Caller: world wide recovery

- LJJust received a message from this number telling me that my name has come up in an investigation in my county, and named the county, and that he only has until the end of the week to settle this matter. He finished by saying he wishes me luck. I would imagine it has to do with a debt but unfortuantely like many people right now I can't pay the debt or I would. This happened to me a couple of months ago with a different collection compnay who told me the sheriff would be at my door shortly to arrest me. I was scared out of my mind because I have never been in any kind of legal trouble. I contacted my friend who is also a lawyer and he told me to be sure and tell them to mail a copy of the original debt along with the current debt. Funny thing is when I went to call them back and request the information, they had gone out of business. I found a great deal of bad info that company when I googled them. Seems like the same thing is happeneing again.

- LJ replies to San DiegoNo they cannot do that to you. I have a friend who is an attorney and by telling you that they are not obeying by the Fair Debt Collection Practice Debt. They must provide you in writing with a copy of the original debt and any currect paperwork they have on the debt.
- Not MeI received a call from this number on my work mobile. I called back from my landline and they did not pick up. I called back from the mobile inquestion and they picked up on the second ring. They wanted to speak to 'Christian Winkler' and I told them that is not me, I am not related to anyone by that name, nor do I know anyone by that name. They asked if I knew any Christians - was very tempted to hand the phone to a very religious colleague of mine but pointed out how ridiculous their request was. I asked that they remove me from their calling list and stop interrupting my day.

- quite irritatedA couple of weeks ago I received a call from an 800 number; I didn't pick up, so they left a vmail telling me to call 714-380-5875 - I called the number back after business hours but didn't leave a msg. I then did the research for that number and found out it is one of the number used by Wordwide Recovery, a scavenger collection agency in Santa Ana. Yesterday I started receiving calls from 714-475-5322 - turns out to be a guy named Don Terry. I'm sure it's all related, since WWRECOVERY ran my credit report about 3 weeks ago...I'm not afraid of these people, they can leave vmails 'til they turn blue in the face - I'm sure it's just some old charged-off acount which is probably past the statute of limitations anyway. Unless I receive some kind of written legal documentation or a court summons, they can rot in Hell...lol

- DLienThe gentleman left message on my answering machine said "This is www...we have left several messages for "you "(not say our names) please call back by 10 a.m tomorrow otherwise we will not be able to help you. The number is 714-380-5875.
I wonder who is needing his helps??? - PRGot a call today and they left recorded message that they have called several times and I never called back. I have to call by 10 AM the next morning or they wouldn't be able to help me. Help me do what I don't know. I never heard of these people and this is the first time they have called. Not behind on anything for anybody to be calling from collection agency for me. If its for someone else, they should call the person who okayed their loan, I sure as heck didn't.

- PhishBait?Worldwide Associates, Jessica Roberts, said must contact within 24 hours or something would happen but would not specify. Returned call and spoke to Jackie Martinez who entered my phone number into her screen and said would send me to the gentlemen who called. When I corrected her as to gender, she then transferred the call to a Jessica Roberts where I had to leave a voice mail. I left a message stating that she had called me at my phone number and if she wished to contact me, she would have to call that number. I have a feeling this is one of those phishing calls so will refer them to our state's attorney general.

- DECKAPEAttention everyone, contact your state attorney's office online and report these people for PHISHING,EXTORTION, and ATTEMPTED IDENTITY THEFT.
THIS IS ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR NUMBERS THAT CALL 866-897-9080
These people habitually call me asking for my relatives, thats after I chewed them out for bugging me,
I have no creditors to owe. They dig in your past or your family's hoping to trick you to pay on something you no longer are oblicated or do not owe, elderly and returning military and their family members are especially vunerable to these criminals. They are gypsies and they move around by changing office sites ,phones, and company names in an attempt to confuse and avoid law enforcement. Since their activity crosses all state line , I am contacting the country's capital FBI headquarters to investigate, also considering ATF, SECRET SERVICE and HOMELAND SECURITY.- Caller: WORLDWIDE RECOVERIES,LLC
- DECKAPEThis is to inform WORLDWIDE RECOVERIES,LLC / SHEKINAH INC. or whatever you people go by , I have contacted the FBI in Washington to look at the complaints on several of these sites. Since your activities cross all state lines, I thought the FBI should get involved as well as the Federal Trade Commission and each State Attorney's Office in each state. I believe this will be enough to connect all the dots.
