I told him he was full of cr*p and was a scam artist and a f*ing liar and to never call again.

Scam. They claim to be calling about the computer but I think they want access to steal personal information or hijack the computer.

These people continue to call my sister she is mental issue and get very upset. Has to take med because they continue to call and upset her. She can not understand them which is more upsetting wish I could get my hands on them.

Pray for these people. Pray that they accept Jesus as their Savior. Then they can use their time for good and to serve others instead of annoying them. Pray and see what God will do?

Same as others.   Said he was calling from Window Computers.  Obviously a fraud

Called first time March 29, 2015, said my computer with Microsoft Windows 7 had error message; I cursed him out & hung up; same person called today, April 07, 2015 at 8:30 p.m., saying the same thing; my husband answered the phone and when he realized it was a scam, told him to :hack on & go to h...ll

Called Tuesday and then again on Thursday. Didn't answer because it was an unknown from Buffalo, NY. .The first message left sounded like kids and were laughing asked for us by name - then abruptly hung up.  Second time, the call went to voice mail and this time they just hung up. Caller blocked now ....

Same stuff. Same accent.
I was interested as I was born yesterday.
He couldn't help.

Same story as everyone else. He called my home phone claiming his name was John and that I had a problem with my Windows computer that I was running at my home. I told him I wasn't running a computer at my home and he hung up. I remember his voice from two previous calls one on my cell phone and one at my other residence last year.  I am already on the do not call list and I'm not sure how to block this person. What a jerk.

My answering machine picked it up, and for the longest time he is there, speaking in his native language, rattling on like he is talking to someone.  Think maybe they are piggy backing our phone line for free calls to overseas.   Pretty weird.  Don't these people have anything better to do?

I've done that too, but I say "Lake County Sheriff's Office".   One time it turned out to be a friend, and he said, "This is Deputy Fife".

I have blocked this number so my phone won't ring when these a**holes call.  They called my 80-year-old neighbor too, and she doesn't even have a computer!

What makes you think that scammers give a crap about a DNC list?   That is for legitimate companies.

The DNC list was not meant for scammers.  It is for legitimate businesses.

I received the same phone call tonight.   I have Comcast as my telephone carrier.   I am wondering if that is the connection.

Go to a sporting goods department and buy a small air horn. When scammers like this call, hold the horn close to the mouthpiece and give it a good blast.

It's the windows repairman from India again. The actual number is 0117162004864. Although earlier today they called from 01135315543659. I guess people still fall for this stuff. I don't know why you can't mark this as a ruse on 800notes, telemarketer is as close as you can get.

Same story as others, very heavy Indian accent, my computer is sending Windows warnings and I'm going to lose everything on my computer, yadda, yadda, yadda.  Told him I'd tell my IT guy.  Idiot.

Caller stated he was from Windows Tech Dept, that someone was trying to hack into my computer,  it was a dangerous situation, and that I needed their help.  I asked him to confirm what IP address he was talking about, and he gave me an incorrect number, and then passed me to his supervisor, who said they couldn't give me my IP but could verify my Windows license #.   I refused to execute commands that he requested I run and ended the conversation.   Very pushy, very Indian accent.

I said,..in a somewhat panicked and out of breath tone: "Ok man,..I did it,..but there's blood EVERYWHERE. ..You TOLD me that she wouldn't put up a struggle, God dammit!" .....and Hadji immediately hung up.
