- Seriously!Like everyone else, I am on the DNC list. I called the number provided in this forum last night after about a week of calls from these people. Every time I answered, they'd hang up.
Sooo, during my call to be removed from their stupid list, I explain that I've found a whole bunch of people who are pissed and they'd better be careful or they'll get reported to the FCC. The woman went from being nice to being a total [***].
She tells me they're exempt, and I ask, "For a 3 second phone call? What exactly are you exempt for that allows you to call me for 3 seconds and hang up?" She explains, "political polls and other things," to which I promptly tell her that I work in politics and I should not be receiving these calls(I also work in media, so I can't participate in Nielsen ratings, either). She gets snippy and just says "Thanks. We'll remove you."
Guess what? Today, I get another phone call. She didn't tell me it would take days, like other people have gotten. Sooo, they've got ANOTHER FCC complaint. Stupid [***].- Caller: BVTM

- www.KingsBattle.com replies to Potter| 6 repliesThanks for the 785-799-3500; some nice woman answered and said she would put my cell phone on the no call list. She also said it would take a few days. I started getting the calls after using the free ringtone site tuneusin.com. Guess they are not free ring tones after all. Anyone else use that site who has got calls from the blue mountain telemarketing company.

- ChrisCLeft a message on our answering machine "hello?...hello?!..." then hung up. I had another nearly identical message Friday with a female instead of the male this one was. Whenever we actually pick up, they say nothing, and apparently they also don't feel it necessary to leave a non-stupid message on our machine.
I wonder what they could possibly be surveying, if not our patience in dealing with harassing phone calls. You can't read a person's interest in a product or service if you don't talk to them at all, and you can't promote whatever you've been hired to promote if you don't talk, likewise. - Dustin Meyerafter a few seconds of silence, a female asked for my mom by first and last name and pronounced it correctly, although our name really isn't that difficult. i told them that she isn't here, and she wasn't at the moment. the person then asked if i was the husband. i am actually the son, and i said this. they told me sorry and said that they were scott's lawn service and that they would call at another time.

All this info is about as legit as what I feel the company is - NADA! Based on the code of their website, we think it's actually mirrored somehow from their real site. The site "is" a registered domain - this is true, however, there's ways to bypass an actual real site. We're going to have a web developer check it out.
We've been dealing with these idiots for nearly six+ years! Filed FTC complaints -everything! We're posting what we found on this company so others can have access to it as well.
We're about fed up with them to the point we're deciding whether or not to take legal action against them. The FTC won't do anything, so it's time to take matters in your own hands, or at least your attorney's!
Took a little research but here's what we found:
(1) ronen@bluevalley.net
This email address is a link on the bluevallyemarketing.com website under their "Resources" link at the top of the page. On the resources page, there's another link, "request ID & password," which is actually the email link I just mentioned.
(2) info@bluevalley.net: Based on what is falsely provided on their website (info@bluevalleytelemarketing.com) We tried the actual domain link above instead (.net)
(3)nic@cwihosting.com: This is the email address associated with their website registry. Referral URL: http://www.itsyourdomain.com- Caller: Blue Valley Telemarketing

- ScrillaHave called me about 30 times since my last post.
Each and every single one of them was reported since my number is on the do not call list. (And has been since that list came out)
When I answer, they don't speak, nothing - they just hang up on me.
So lately, I pick up and hang up. Doesn't seem to bother them though - the number of calls has increased from about 1 every 2 or 3 days to 2 or 3 a day now.- Caller: BV
