I suspect this is a spoofed Caller ID scam call - others have suggested that in this extensive thread. That is to say, it is a Caller ID spoofer using Dish Network's phone number to get you to answer.

My CID Said Dish Network , but the women with a bad accent said she was with DIRECTV -  FTF, Common Trump do something about these ROBO CALLS if you want to stay in OFFICE

Seriously?  You think that person actually cares if you are getting phone calls?

This is NOT--I repeat--NOT Dish Network! I did not answer, and they didn't have the testicular fortitude to leave a message. They are clearly hijacking (spoofing) this phone number to run their evil scams out of their podunk craphole in The Middle of Nowhere, India! Do not answer, and block the number if you can!

Landline phone rang 6:20 am!!  Caller I'd said unknown. I ckd # out, and it's Dish satellite Corp office.. I called them, spoke to customer service, told them I'm on no call list and have never had bus with them. Person had no answer for me.

C'mon folks.  If you come to 800 Notes to report a  number and see that the reporting is more than 41 pages long and started more than 12 years ago...don't you think that this number is an obvious scam call?  Just block it or don't answer as it does not seem to go away.  I know becuz I got my first "Dish" call back in the first 5-6 pages and still see the number showing up on my home office landline at least once a month.

Same! Getting calls from 1-800-333-3474 constantly! They don't leave a message!

Showed up on my Caller ID as "NOT Dish Network"! Made me chuckle, but yeah. Insta-block.

2nd call in 2 days.  Today the man's accent so heavy I only understood 2/3rds of his words. He asked what type of tv service do I have. I replied "I don't know." He asked if it was DISH or some other mumbley thing. I replied, "I don't know." He said mumbley words ... service changes in my area and they need to check the service box. I said, "I don't deal with these matters, my husband does.  Can you call my husband and talk to him about this?" His reply was uh ok or something like that. I said, "ok thanks bye!"  Dish should know if I am a subscriber or not. Why ask me if I am? Total Con.

I blocked this number ages ago and it stopped calling for about 3 months... they old scammers must have sold their number database so this number is bumping against the block again.
The Caller ID in the block list still shows "Dish"
However, when the call hit the blocker the Caller ID Name shows:V8301629100003
The !!! ONLY !!! time I see this type of Caller ID Name is from the fake "MS-Tech" fake "IRS Services" etc...

Seems like it will never end and for the record the solicitor that called the number IS NOT A DISH NETWORK SUBSCRIBER OR A SPECTRUM SUBSCRIBER they just call anyway all are not nice to deal with

SCammer/Telemarker called me again today. I did not answer.

When will the FCC arrest and prosecute these Scamming thieves?  This scammmer goes back over ten years and counting...................
