Must be from idiots that vote for their equals with the same mind set as in the Democratic Party.  Only that voting block are stupid enough to do these illegal scams and believe that fabrication against all is a really good thing!  Do not answer this number from those perpetrating fraud.

Phoned Saturday evening at 8:35pm.  I did not answer.

Just received a call from this number but did not answer.  No message left.  BLOCKED!  (have never been a DISH customer either)

This moron called said they were from Amazon, (left voice mail) said that I would be charged 74.78 to my credit card and to call if that was not right. The number is also registered to a 22 year old woman from Columbus, Ohio, now why would she have an 800 number? IT's STOLEN! The caller ID is [***], people, do understand that! It may or MAY NOT be correct!  They want you to get on the line, give them some information to verify your identity, a social, a credit card number, do NOT be a dumbass. Ok?

This is a very prolific scam artist, indeed. 42 pages of reports plus comments and counting!

Called yesterday but didn't leave message. Called today at about the same time, only background call center noise in "message."

Called me saying that they were from dish I need to send them $199.00 to get my satellite box updated. They can also save me money on my monthly bill.  They were foreigners. They called friday, satuurday and so far 5 times today. I called dish and they said that they have not made any changes so it is a scammer.

They keep calling and my caller ID blocking software keeps blocking them. They show up in my "Missed calls" list on google when I access it about once a week. God bless whoever came up with the blocking software, it saves me much time and aggravating.

Although this number came up as Dish Network, I became suspicious when they wanted to upgrade my receiver that we just received 2 months ago.  When they asked how many televisions we had, I told them they should have this information on file.  His response was that they needed to verify with the customer.  I told him I could not go to my receiver right now to "run the test" with their technician and could he call back tomorrow.  I called Dish direct and spoke to a technician there.  Just as I thought, this was a spam call.  Scammers are sneaky these days and are able to make it look like it is an authentic call on your caller ID.  Things to be aware of:  Dish will have your information on file, ie, number of receiver boxes, the last 4 digits of your SS or 4 number pin, the ID numbers of your receivers, etc.  DO NOT give any information to these callers.  Safer to call Dish back direct and verify if they need to do any upgrades, etc.  Better safe than sorry....

This number called at 6:32 in the morning, I was out on my walk and didn’t hear it, good grief, do these thugs ever sleep? Ugh.

They have called 6 times today.

My telephone’s voicemail recorded only a couple of clicks – typical of hang up calls from telemarketers and robocallers. The number displayed by Caller ID was 800-333-3474, with the name field shown as “TOLL FREE CALL”. The time stamp left behind was a highly objectionable 6:31 am PDT.

I received a call on my landline phone by a live person supposedly from Dish Network, but his thick Indian accent was very difficult to understand. I told him I was on a DirecTV contract (which is true) and that I couldn't understand him. Then I hung up. The same number called back again immediately thereafter so I picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I then called my CenturyLink Update Center and blocked the number.

My landline and cell phone numbers are on the Do Not Call List, so no legitimate telemarketer in business for as long as Dish Network has been should call me. I don't remember calling them before and if I did it would have been at least several years ago. Therefore, I suspect that scammers were using the Dish Network phone number. If not, then it was an unwelcome telemarketing call.
