You got scammed.  Call Discover using a different phone number and tell them who called you and what was said.

Scammers from Card Services. I was able to get them to hang out on the phone running an old CC # from a bank that has been defunct for a few decades that I memorized. It took him a few times running before he told me to cram the credit card up my butt. I do not think I will be doing business with Card Services after this horrible customer service interaction!

Spam/ Credit card fraud

robocall on my phone from  800-347-2683 caller ID said "TOLL FREE" on Wednesday 03-22-17 at 1100 AM.

on errands so missed this call but from other posters card member services  or discover card SCAM.

Can we call action lawsuit this people out of the scamming business.

Just got the call and it said Discover Card. When I answer a call, I only give them one hello and if I don't get an answer before the receiver goes on the hook, they are gone. I do like the idea of giving them a defunct card to play with. It will at least waste the caller's time and provide a little entertainment.

Received a call from this number which is the Discover Business Card holder service line.  My Discover card is a personal card. The call was about lowering my interest rate. Called the personal card customer service line (800-347-3085) since this was the second time i received this call this months. They told me that they do not make calls from that line for any reason. The CSR told me that she is going to file a report and have it investigate as a scammer may be phishing the line to make the calls.

This is Discover Card but it's the Business line.  And it is possibly being phished by a scammer.   See my comment here.

Got the same female recorded message as others.  I pressed one & yelled a bit (no profanity- just got back from grocery shopping with my preschooler so needed to let off some steam).  All I heard the guy say before I hung up was "Wow!"

Received a call from 8003472683.  Called back.  They asked how they could help after asking me for my account number.  I told them I didn't have one and don't want one.  Now on hold while they figure out how they got my number and how to removed it (I'm on the do not call list!).  I've now been assured my number will be removed from their list.

received call from this number on both land and cell... Called back and it was discover...Better yet don't have an account with them!!!!

This number called me and left no message. I did not answer. I called Discover and they are aware their number is being spoofed. As long as I was on the line, had them check my latest transactions and all is good. They said if it had been Discover, they would have left a message.

Got a similar voicemail today.  Called back and they asked to enter the last four of my SSN.  Hung up.  Called Discover Card.  Was advised that my account was fine and no one from Discover Card called my telephone number.  ...Also advised that if they generate a call to me, they will not, repeat not, ask for any personal information as they already have it on file.

Scammer from Card Services called while spoofing a legitimate Discover customer service number. They never asked for a name, just wanted a card number and expiration date.

Lol yeah. U could tell it was a dude trying mask his voice as woman. It was hilarious. Finally after 10 years the scammers call with a sense of humor.

I did not answer but their number was on my caller ID.  I do not nor have ever had a Discover Card
