I received a call from them and got into a real big argument with them over the phone. Finally had to stop and calm myself down and think. I told them I'd just go to the cable company who they were supposedly calling for which was right down the street from me to straighten it out and hung up the phone. My cable company told me not to take any more calls from them because that was not their collections. For one they would not call me on my cell phone they would only call on my home which is associated with my account. Which I never thought of cause the guy had me so mad on the phone. She told me it was a scam.

LOL .......Mr Phelps office. Who in the hell calls anyone Mr or Mrs anymore ?

Thank you soooo much for the info. These people call 2-3 times a day and sometimes don't say anything while the other times are the recording. They have actually cost me money this past month by running up my minutes. Appreciate your advice.

Please do not call me anymore. There is no Lionel King at this number. I have had this number for 8 years and have never known Lionel King, who you keep calling for-every single day.

They call my office number 3-5 times per day. I have told them about 7 times over the last 5 months that I am not a mexican speaking woman, i am a english speaking man.  they said this woman works for me. i am a sole ower and woker for my business.  they still call and will not stop. i think the attorney general or a lawyer to sue them for my time is coming soon.

I have told this company that they are calling the wrong person but yet they continue to call.  They claim this information is so private for the person they are looking for but yet fail to check and see that they are giving out private information to the wrong person

This is a collection agency. My so has some unpaid medical bills at a Fort Worth hospital!

Yes it is.  I just called the number back.  I am up to date on all my bills but when asked they said it could be for someone else using that number.  I am the only one that uses this number. The only thing I can think is a family member was in the hospital, they have my number as a backup number.  That bill may be in arrears so they called me.  I was not very pleasant when I told them to remove my number.  I am sick to death of calls on my phone that do not pertain to me and companies thinking it is OK to use numbers that were given to them for an entirely different reason.

This company calls here incessantly, asking for Shaquile Johnson. We have advised them dozens of time that no such person is known to us. Have called them back at 877-708-4167 and asked them to stop calling. They say they will, but the calls continues. "Mandy with credit management" has become a much hated caller around here.

Kept calling, no message left, finally they called today ( a federal holiday)  bill paid full !! Plus they called one time @ 7:31 am

Called my work number at 8:31 PM, didn't leave any message.  Who are these people and why are they calling my work number after work hours?  When I called the number @ 7:50 AM office hours the message indicated I had called "Credit Management during non business hours".

I have never had Comcast ever!!

I got a call from this company through my Mother-In-Law in Puerto Rico. I have never listed her number for anything. This company somehow got her number and tried to call me there instead of directly. My home number is in the phone book. When I called they asked fOr a reference number which of course I don't have, then I gave them my In-Law's number. They produced my name. They asked for my social which I refused then they hung up. Beware!!!!! Seems fraudulent to me as I never used the number they are calling me on and to my understanding I don't owe nobody anymore.

Received calls twice a day from a collector and don't have anything to settle in the first place. So annoying!!!

Robocall looking for employee who left more than 4 years ago. Identified company as Credit Management. Attempt to collect a debt, blah blah blah. Left call back number different from caller ID.

I just started getting the calls also from 1-800-377-7789 no message, I just added to my reject list
it is very rude not to leave a message !!!! debt collectors what a job, would not want it!!!! do no take calls and add to no call list.
