Anyone ever hear what he wants as in money or anything? - Ralph replies to NIKKIHey stupid. Try spell check. It is a shake down bottom feeding firm that buys [***] assets and works to see if anyone is dumb enough to pay them.
- John Q CitizenIf they are calling a business about a businee debt the laws that govern consumer debt collections do not apply. In commercial collections there are no laws other then mis-represetation. If the original creditor furnishes the agency with a credit application they already have your company bank account information. Its best to pay the debt.

- EAThis number is calling my work cell number for a supposed debt for my employer. I can't get them to understand I am not part of AR/AP and can't give them the information they are seeking. Have given them the proper information and advised them to send a letter of this debt to our corporate office. Wish they would leave me alone as this isn't my debt, I've told them what they need to do and I am trying to work to pay my own debts. AARRGGHH!!!

- Daycare DirectorLeft a msg stating to call Ms Jones a CCMA investigator following up on reported case #1546541. When followed up, it WAS not related to an investigation, but rather a former employees supposed debt.
It is not appropriate to leave a msg at a childcare center claiming to be an investigator-the msg mislead us into thinking that one of our children was at risk. - retailer| 1 replyGot a call today...private investigator...had a case #, client is ccna, Angela White is case worker. She said she would "put a hold on the investigation" into our company that owes her client $2800...
