First go learn about the law, second,  let your little PI show up and I will have the police arrested him immediately for fraud, intent of commit fraud, Impersonating an lying.
what don't you go lie in the gutter and stay there, or call your mammy and daddy to rescue you. Looser, we know you idiots that write this type  of comments work for the losers that you are.

first of all PI have no legal authority to do anything, that is why they are PI's and nothing else.
Only the court can do this, so do not lesson to this idiots, report their calls to the US district attorneys has this is illegal and consider harassment. You also have the recourse to file a civil suit for harassment, emotional distress and so on, you may be able to get an attorney on contingency for this type of cases, and they will lose 90% of the time.

    Lets dance fake PI

Be aware that tis companies in general do not have the documentation to prove that you owe anything.
Based on the new changes that the court system as done, they can only try to collect if they have any and all documents with your signature from the original paperwork.
This type of companies buy paper at 10% of the actual value of any loan, unfortunately for them, they can no longer get any judgment without the full documentation any longer.

It is not a crime to not been able to pay your bills if that happens.  SO the worse they can do is use scare tactics, they do not work, stay strong and if you want to talk to them, then ask them to send all documents to a temporary Email, do not give them any personal information, name, last name, Social, Address etc. IF they claim you owe them, then they should have your information already.

The last recourse if they have a judgment is declare bankruptcy, is 2 types, one in which you make small payments and one more difficult in which you just kill all the debt, talk to a bankruptcy attorney. The you will have a clean slate, as all the creditors will see is that you declare bankruptcy and noting else.
    Good luck to all.
Screw this [***], do what I do, get a robo call provider give them the numbers, and have the system call them thousands of times per day is cheap and blocks them from calling anybody, then let’s see what they PI does LOLOL
That does sound like  fun actually.

Collection loosers replies to knows the law
Well I know about the law, and probably more then you, so we can have a debate all day long if you want.

First Coface is a collection agency owned by the 4th largest bank in France and not the third one as they claim.
Coface:   Compagnie Française d'Assurance pour le Commerce Extérieur

First majority of people claiming to be collectors for Coface work as well for other collection agencies.
Coface did acquire CAN credit in 1992, in June 15th 2014 they launched their IPO for 1 billion dollars.
They are owned 100% by Natixis in France.

Now let’s get to the bottom of it, THIS IS AMERICA>  Coface normally represent companies small and big for any amount of money, which makes then not very smart.

This is what I suggest to all, if you are  facing the loss of your business due to debt, and you are a corporation, then they can only sue the corporation, not you, this is the law, good luck suing the owners  as 99% of does lawsuits will failed and less for small amounts of money.

Let them get a judgment then declare BK, They will never collect, no matter what they do and good luck to who ever says anything to the contrary.

First if you owe them let’s say $ 5,000.00 it will cost them a lot of money to file,  (an about a year in court, if lucky) yes they will ask the court for you to pay all fee's including their attorney. Now you owe them probably around $ 15,000.00 or so.

If your corporation is no longer in business they cannot collect regardless. Who cares who they are.
First if you owe somebody $ 5,000.00 close your business and that’s it, move on.

Good luck Coface collecting, You collect because you use illegal tactics I know this for a fact as I defended somebody against then and they lost as the person that called them, let’s call him Tony, (yes its real first name)) misrepresented his self, (big no no) and he is a scum bag working for different collection agencies, he does not even own a house it self, Looser!
