Like everyone else, I didn't notice $29.95 being taken out of my account for the last three months. As hard as we struggle to make money and hold on to what we've got, there's IDIOTS like NUFIC robbing the public blind. I wish we could shut them down!!!!

As I was in oversea, I just found out this wired charged $24.95/month by NUF HPP INSR 800-572-5848 after over 3 years on my Wellsfargo account. I don't know about what is this ?  and google this found out this site.  I never sign up any insurance and sign any paper work or received any paper work. This must be a fraulent charge, and I called Wellsfargo on-line fraud to report and cancel it, and request refund.  This company must have connect with wellfargo as they get my account no from wellsfargo, which I didn't disclose by myself.

    Frustrated
I just saw a $9.95 charge on my wells fargo credit card. I did not purchase insurance or anything and have no idea what this charge is about. I will be calling the number 800- 572-5848 which was on my credit card statement and request a refund. These scams need to stop.

In order to receive full refunds from the majority of companies like there, you MUST ask for ALL of your money back from the time it was being taken out.  Otherwise, they will oly give you 2-3 months worth.
I found out about this from a former employee of a company called WEB LOYALTY  out of Connecticut.  They are now going by another name, but they are still be investigated by the FTC and have been sued.
It works something like this:  you order something on internet and before you check out you are asked in very tiny letters if you DON'T want to join Web Loyalty (or some other name) check the box.   If not you will be on the auto deduction program of $12.95 + deducted from your account that you made your original purchase on.   Majority of people don't even recognize it on their statements which if what the company is counting on.   IF you do catch it, you must call and demand a full refund, don't settle for a few months.
    Hope this helps.

    Ticked off
I had the entry of NUF IPP INSR in my Wells Fargo Statement.  They said that in July of 2008 they called our home and that I agreed to this health insurance that they were giving me because I was a valued customer.  My husband and I both have health insurance through our employers and our children are both covered.  So since July of 2008 they have been charging our account (why I just noticed it I don't know) to the tune of $921.30.  It is now cancelled and they are going to go back and will find the recording of the conversation with ME, yet they had my name incorrect and my husband's birthdate, not mine.  If the recording that they will play for me says that I agreed to this, I will not get any money back, if it doesn't I'm supposed to get the $921.30 refunded.  What a fricken SCAM.  I'm calling Wells Fargo next.

They promised me a $25 gift card twice since 2009. On 8/17/2011 payment did'nt go through so i got charged $35 from bank I figured they would put it through again next 3-5 days but nothing 20 days later they decide to put it through again by now I thought they would put it together with Sep. payment so what happens I get another $35 nsf charge from wells fargo. I called 800-572-5848 I spoke to Debra, she is the 3rd person I spoke to after Shantall and before her Jessica they all promised me a copy of the policy and still to this day almost 3 years later and still have no clue what the hell I'm paying for. I updated my address with all 3 reps. But get this Debra told me I have a $24.90 payment that did'nt go through in 02/2009 so when I make a payment in Sep. to pay all 3 past months due. She said computer shows no more electronic debits that I would get bill through mail. So now if I want to keep ins to pay $74.70 to bring curent and don't forget thats 3 nsf charges from wellsfargo total of $105.00 do the math.

well my husband had this accidental death insurance as well and it was taken out of his account at wells fargo bank. i have not found any policy papers to look it over all i had was the name of this insurance on his bank insurance and the phone number to call and policy number.  I called them and said that my husband had just recently passed away recently and that he had this insurance.  Well the lady told me he had to have died from an accident, I said, he had a bad car accident last year and can prove that his lungs and health was continuing declining due to the results from his accident. the lady told me to send his death certificate to a certain address and they would get back to me. well haave not heard back from them and it has been 4 weeks, i am looking into a laywer  for further action...

I hadn't checked my bank statement for way too long.  They owe me over $800.  Wells Fargo refunded my account the amount these people took for they can only go back 60 days so 2 $24.90...big deal.  I've call the company twice, the last time almost 2 weeks ago, I'm supposed to receive something in the mail from them and then a phone call.  i've yet to receive anything.  I will file a lawsuit if i have to.  They should not be able to get away with this crap.
