I'd like to participate in the punishment of and repayment of stolen funds by "NUFIC"! Wells Fargo is not alone in this crime. I was victimized through the assistance of Washington Mutual- now known as Chase. There is no "OK" or written agreement anywhere allowing the $24.95 monthly charge I was billed for 2 years before I happened to check my statements. I wrote "NUFIC" and of course was not answered. When I called they immediately stopped robbing me but lented no assistance with reimbursement or an offer of proof of the transaction. I pray there is sufficient response on this matter to hang these thieves out to dry.

OMG!!!! that just happened to me.  These charges ($22.90) started appearing on my credit card and I never really noticed.  I DID NOT authorize NUF AME to create a policy or charge my credit card.
RIP OFF!!! CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS CLOSELY.

Their phone number is 1-800-572-5838.  The supervisor's name is Allison Cruiz.

Please everyone...this is a scam..I was called several times from "wells fargo" and they said they were verifying my address and would I like their insurance of some sort...but they speak so fast or so mumbled that I had to ask them to slow down and repeat themselves to clarify what it was they were asking (which should always be a tip off to a scam) and they did throw in the whole stupid gas voucher and each time they called I said NO, and they began charging me anyway...since Feb 2010, I just spoke with customer service today and they are filing a claim and a stop payment claim. Please dont ever cooperate with something like this over the phone, unless you initiated the contact, also if they do call be diligent and check your statements to see if they start taking your money anyway as they did to me.

It's not just WF, I'm with us bank and they set me up too. They promied me a gas card to look it over, which I never recieved. I had called to cancel, but still got charged. I've called a second time and recieved a cancelation number, but no refund; but hopefully I'm done with it now. So instead of having $25 extra gas money, I'm out $25.

the only reason you can get paid your 100 dollars is scaming everyone else out of theres.  why would you get paid anything  over, being this is supposed to be an accident policy with no paper work.  no one has ever gotten a policy!  amazing you were not proud enough to post your co. name and phone number.  so you would really receive the praise you would deserve. prehaps you also were scamed and to ashamed to tell it.

I understand there is a lot of phishing and is theft going on these days. You should accept calls saying you've won prize money and you need to pay a fee to claim it. Or someone claiming they're with the government need your ss#. Don't give account numbers to these people .when people call u on behalf of well Fargo, its because well Fargo contracted a call center to contact their customers on their behalf. They don't sell your info. When u do business with a company this is legal whereas you can request to be placed on their company specific dnc list. Dates of birth and city of birth are requested for security and policy writing purposes. They'd need a lot more than that before u compromise your identity. The reps or their supervisors should place u on the dnc list without difficulties.

thank you for sharing that, I already changed my preferences and hope it is true that they don't share your information to other accounts if you don't want to. Because they once tried to try a service and they are now charging me without even wanting their service and now I will do everything to make sure they know I want to cancel and after that I have to get a refund or I will even want to sue them for that not even receiving a cancelation letter because of the "3 months free service." They don't have any right to be scamming all the people from their accounts and I really think they don't even cover what they tell they do in their service offered. That companies need to be sued by every person they have scammed.

I just called this company and I was extremely nervous about calling them based on these post. I actually had a very good experience with them. My representative was so nice. She eliminated automated payments, refunded my money back, and she was very apologetic! So we will see if I actually get the refund back. But I was extremely surprised that she did that. I didn't even ask for my money back because I knew it would probably not happen considering I forgot to call to cancel the policy before they actually charged my card! For now I will have only positive thoughts towards this company. Hopefully I am not speaking too soon!

It's not stupid and you shouldn't be speaking of your daughter that way.  Many offers connected with bank accounts are legitimate even if this one appears sketchy.

I also have been taken by this bunch of sleeze balls, calling themselves Nuf Ipp Ins 800 they have called my house and we told them that we were not interested in any of whatever they were selling. Guess what when I receive my US Bank Statement they started withdrawing $24.90 as of September 2010, and did also again this month of October, I immediately called US Bank and told them of the situation, they sent a stop payment on the unauthorized dedutctions from my account. How can they find your account #'s or what bank you do business with ? when you never told them anything. I hope they catch these creeps and jack the jail up and put them under it. Geez u'd think these banks that anyone does business with would be a little suspicious about such stuff. I sure hope I can get this resolved and the bank does its job and gets my money back.
