Need to talk to a representative.

"Kevin" telephoned me this afternoon from a call center in India.  Not terribly convincing, call ended quickly so I don't even know what tall tale he was going to try to sell me.

CID - medicare insurance -  DID not answer - no message left

This number has called my house twice..  they never leave a message on my machine though.  CID says Medicare and the number does legitimately belong to Medicare according to Google search but it's obviously NOT really coming from Medicare..  I'm not even old enough to go on Medicare lol!   Must be a scam of some sort

I had a missed phone call from 1-800-633-4227. The caller did not leave a message so I decided to dial the number back. When the line was answered, there was a recording stating that I had reached Medicare.gov. I hung up and went online to www.Medicare.gov and chatted with a representative. The representative told me that Medicare did not call me and warned me not to give my Medicare number to anyone claiming to be medicare (I never give any of my info to people over the phone). If you get a call from the aforementioned phone number, do not answer the call, if you do, do not give them any of your information. It’s a scam.

18006334227 called and number shows as Medicare caller. She started asking my full name and by the time she asked me about DOB and it was about the letter I wrote to them . I asked her to stop and asked” what did I write about about “ znd she refused to answer

Medicare SCAM!  Heavy Indian accent - had a hard time understanding me when I asked if I sounded stupid.  He gave up and said you think you are so smart, click!  I asked for any form of verification that he was from Medicare....to no avail... he was trying to tell me about new benefits...as if any insurance company will solicit a claim....

CID showed "800-MEDICARE," scam right off the bat.  No message left, not about to call back.

Caller ID shows medicare. This is not medicare.  It a medical device company  that offers to send you back braces, knee braces etc at no cost to you. They bill medicare for these items.  They are not free.

Got a call claiming to be Medicare but the other person had a very heavy indian (from india) accent and could hear people in the background..told her am not interested after using some nicely detailed words and then just hanged up.....it's a scam and they know it...sure she is not getting her bonus this year 😔

Answered call, sounded like busy call center, Indian accent.  Asked me if I had received my new plastic Medicare card yet.  Call showed as Medicare, but it wasn’t.   Total scam.

Recieved few calls from this 1-762-999-7074, and1-509-841-2899.They said Medicare has approved a cardio saliva test for me.  He knew my cardiologists name as well. I told him I will take his number and call him back. He gave me 1-800-633-4227 which is a Medicare number. I never called back.

Is this call from Medicare?
