I have a pre-paid calling card and this number calls all the time.  I want this to stop!

THese calls are from Sears Credit Services.  If you are a minute late they will hound you with calls!!!!  They are very persistent!  Sears always wants their money timely!

They call several times a day, 7 days a week.  We answer, they hang up!  I wonder if the Call Center has an "Annoy" criteria>

That I don't believe.  I don't have any account with Sears and I have gotten calls from this number - the message they left was to call Sears about my consumer account, of which I DON'T HAVE!

I received a couple of calls claiming it was from the SEARS card.  I got the number for the SEARS card from a reputable source.  This (800 733 1116)  is not a legitimate number for the credit card.  I called SEARS who advised me not to call unknown numbers.  The caller left a meesage asking me to return the call.  No way I return calls without knowing who they really are.  In the web, I looked up the number.  It is a debt collection agency.  BTW I do not owe SEARS any money.

I receive 5-6 calls daily from this number.
I have no outstanding balance on any credit card so this call has no relevance.

The calls are computer-generated.

Were a person to call, I would explain my feelings in vivid detail.

I have received numerous calls per day from this number and no one is ever there when I say "hello."  I even wait to see if anyone says anything and it sounds like there isn't anyone there.  It is getting VERY annoying.  I'm just not going to answer the call anymore since I have caller ID!

This crap is worse than a virus on your computer , seems that something can be don with this?

I do not have a sears charge card. I do not want one and I want the phone calls to STOP. they have been comng since July, six times a day. I called a couple of times but had trouble with the person on the other end understanding the purpose of my call. HELP

They called the other day and I had spoken to the person calling to request my # taken off there call list, from out of no where they mentioned my sisters name that hasn't lived in this house for over 10 years and said if they can't speak with her she can't remove any # from there call list, So I simply said well then your going to keep calling with no answer...

These people call at least 5 times a day and when I do answer it I hear no one. They hang up. Why do they keeep calling just to hang up?

this number called me on LABOR DAY and on the day before which is a sunday ....

This is not a call from Sears but from Verizon

Citibank. I answered the call and the gentleman was asking for someone who had my number in the past. He removed my number from his list immediately while I was on the phone and gave me a number to call if I had any future issues. Very well handled.

This number called me repeatedly over the weekend - cell and work # - made the mistake of answering the first call and was told the call had to do with a "business opportunity" - told them to quit calling me.  They did not - totaled over a dozen calls in 36 hours.  Harrassment

I donot have a Sears CitiCard. I never have and never will. Someone must have given my number. I tried to call this number and it disconnects me. Please remove me from your list

They keep calling my 12 year old daughters trac phone we bought for her for emergencies. I called them from MY phone (unlimited minutes) and told them to take her number off their list. # TIMES I DID THIS within 10 minutes. The 1st time I was very polite, second time I was more annoyed, 3rd time I was angry and let them have it. They wanted her name, hell no I was not giving my 12 year old's name out to a collections agency. As of now, my daughter is keeping track of how many calls they are doing today. I will notify Sears if this persists.

I returned the phone call this morning, as I have been receiving multiple calls from this number.  I do not have a Sears card (or Citi Bank card).  The woman on the other end asked for my name, which I did give.  She asked for the last 4 digits of my social for ID purposes, she said.  I replied that I didn't have a Sears card, so I'm sure that I have never given her my social.  She responded that she had an account under my name and phone number.  So, I gave her the last 4 digits (silly me).  Then, she asked for my birthdate.  I repeated that I did not have a Sears card and could she please tell me what she was calling about before I continued to give her private information.  She said that she would take my number out of the system, and then she hung up on me.
