They call and said that they were from explorative talent he did have an accent and said to call back Robert Davis creative director at 1-800-763-8517, I did not call back though unsure how they got my phone number

I am from Canada and I received a call for my daughter. The caller's accent was thick and he said he was from Hollywood and that he wanted to contact her urgently for a one hour film and modelling in Toronto. I asked for a call back number and he disconnected, then a few minutes later called back and apologized. He gave the above 1-800 number and said his name was either Nick Baylor, or Mick Taylor, strong accent again, and that he is the senior film director.Wanted to know how quickly I could get my daughter to call back, it is urgent etc.I checked this website for suspicious numbers and found this number listed. My daughter called to check it out,and asked where he got her number. He told her it was from the Explore talent website.(She has never used our home phone number for auditions etc., only her cell #).He stated it was a feature film and clothing modelling contract. She asked for an address and appointment to meet and discuss details in Toronto and was told " Ma'am, I am in Hollywood and if you are too busy to talk now, call me later and we can discuss more over the phone," and he hung up. My daughter has sent an e-mail to Explore Talent with the details, to see if they have any information.

Hah, that sucks.
But they totaly called me to.
I was to lazy to call 'em back.
Good thing i suppose.
Should I really go all out and call the FBI?

Hey i got a call from this number from a man named NICK TAYLO, im from toronto but im in Edmonton at the moment so i didnt pick up, this man left me a vmail saying "Hi im Nick taylor Creative Director & I have a project for you from HOLLYWOOD CALIFORNIA AND we are in TORONTO at the moment" I had a feeling it was a scam even though i was on random model websites but still i know I NEVER GAVE MY NUMBER OUT Like that!!

Anyways these guys are FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM THEM~!!

For me he used the name Nick Taylor, Sr Director but of no particular agency - just that he came from Hollywood.

They have a lot of other domains that they use to prey on unsuspected folks. Their tel is 310-776-2222 on sunset blvd. based out of the UPS store shopping ctr across the street from Chevron station.

Guy called my sister cell phone, and said he wanted to speak to me about jobs in my local area - Glen - creative director from Hollywood - I never called back - there was no point, I know I had never contacted this person or their so-called agency

I received a call from a man with a strange accent. I think it might have been Japanese or Portugese. I have no idea what he said his name was. But he said my profile was "impressive." My dad's calling them tomorrow.

5 minutes ago someone calle asking for my mom but she isent home so he left me a masege to call this guy back for more info about modeling and acting auditions ..he sounded african ...i was so exited until i serchead up the telephone number and ot lead me to this page  he seid the # was  18007638517  good thing i found the number before my mom get hire,,,,

Someone called me with that same phone # I believed them and I called back the said I had to pay 500 dollars first so I sended them the money and never heard from them again I kept on calling but noone answered.....I hate then

I rec'd that call today, said that I wasn't in but will have the person they are looking for call them back. His name was Glenn and gave me the number of 800-763-8517. I called it back and a recording said that my call couldn't be completed as dialed, chk the no and try again. WHAT A SCAM.

Shirley Peterson, Robert Davis, all of 'em tried to contact me and they wanted $120.00 and they liez sound so promising and they accentz sound so thick... I'm just so confused here...

Yeah that man did me the same way and i really was happy about it. Then i found out it was a scam I was very sad about it too. I mean they can't just mess with our dreams like that i think you should call. Just have me there with you My name is Trey by the way.

I just received a call today from explore talent telling me that I can model for 70.00$ when I am 5'2".  Asked for my credit card but found the whole thing fishy so I told him I would call him back.  Wanted to check the # he gave me and landed on this sight.  Beware when it just sounds too good to be true.  His name was Robert a so called creative director with an accent.  We girls must watch out for these scammers who want to rip us off and take advantage of us being naive.  Dont ever give any credit card number by phone without you calling back and checking to see if that number and that company really exists.  
By the way the guy is suppose to call me back-BS  HE DID NOT GET ME!!

i recently got a call from a 1-800-763-8517 number,she said that i would be able to star in a movie or be a model. I researched the number and found this site (so glad that this is here) and i am not calling her back!Her name was Sherly Peterson (creative director in Hollywood) ex. 5070.She also had a very deep accent.It was sad but not unusual.

they actually called my downstairs neighbor and wanted tohave me bring my son who is 1 years old to audition

yea i got a voicemail today too from a "robert davis", very heavy accent could barely understand the voicemail, and number came up private!!!ugh so annyoing

I think they got your number through an online talent agency.Have you submitted to become an actor/model before?
