This company is the worst!  They leave about 5 messages a day on my phone, and it never says who they are.  I guess that when my phone clicks over to voicemail, they don't hear the outgoing VM message, so they spend about a minute saying, "Hello.  Hello.  Hello, are you there? We're calling for (insert customer name here).  Hello.  Hello.  Hello?"  They've probably left me 30 messages in the past 2 weeks, and not one ever said who they are or how I can reach them.  Annoying.

This company calls at all hours of the day and night. They either leave no message or a taped nonsensical message. This has gone on for a couple of months. I got no answer when I called them. I owe no money to anyone. I even went as far as contacting doctors' offices and the hospital I went to within the past few years, to check on any balance due that I might have missed or any issues. There are none.

A debt collector for a hospital...calling me about my deceased mother's bill. I already notified the hospital but I guess they already had sent it to collections. Either way neither one will collect.

Wise not to do business on the phone. I wrote them a letter months ago and explained why their bill was wrong and the part that was right I was willing to make small payments on my limited income.  I specifically stated that they had to respond in writing.  They have never responded in writing....ergo I assume they don't want to be paid. I get three or four calls a week. I've set my cell phone to send their calls directly to my voice mail.  I think they call from other numbers, but I never answer calls I don't know who is calling.  Thanks for sharing...

    Ou Medical Center medical bills
Caution they will yell and sware at you.
I will not verify my full SSN
Although my daughter does have medical bill with OU Med center, i have made all payments and am up to date.
by law you are only required to pay the minimum payment every month and they cannot take you to court if you are trying to make those payments (Normally about $20 a month)

Don't let them bully you into bankruptcy. pay what you can.

This agency continues to call my elderly client.  I called the hospital for her directly and found all her bills are paid by her insurance and she does not owe anything.  This company continued to try and pump personal information from my client.  I believe it is fraud. They talk in circles and get as much info out of you as they can.

I got a call from this number and they told me that they were looking calling me because I have an outstanding bill with a hospital that I have never been to ever and it isn't anywhere near the state that i have lived in for the past 5 years. They asked for my birth date and I told them and they said that the person's birth date is 1920 and I asked the person if I sounded like I was 96 years old? She said I was faking it ( I'm 36 ), I didn't have the I wouldn't give her my SSI no but did say my last 3 and no match but she still wait it was me so I hung up and had to block the number because she kept calling.

It's definitely MediCredit. These guys are complete morons. I setup payments with them on time for $50 per month on a $400 bill. In December I made new arrangements because money had been tight. Everything was great until a few weeks ago when some jack called saying they wanted the full amount or 3 payments of $140 each. I told the guy I had paid every month on time except for December and I had called and made arrangements for December. He said nope you haven't paid on time but once. I asked when my due date was and he replied the 29th, exactly when I had paid it each month. I even had proof on my computer from my bank of when the payments went through. He flat out refused to talk and basically said well I guess we will just have to ruin your credit. I then said really.... so.... winning this battle is more important than you getting paid at all? Because I'm happy to file bankruptcy so you won't get one more dime. He hung up.
