I get a call in which the computer states that "This is an important buisness call for L--- H------": press 1 if you are---press 2 if you need to get him---press 3 if not at home.  There are absolutely no options if they've called a wrong number or to talk to a living human being.  This has been going on for some time. The only I.D. given is the number for call back:  8009001380.  I have no idea as to who is behind this constant calling.

I, too, had the distinct Displeasure of speaking to Ms. Tia Jones.  She was beligerant and refused to listen to me.  Finally, after a very heated exchange, she told me I could fax them a Cease and Desist letter to stop all calls and correspondence.  Believe me, I did.

The "Do Not Call" does not apply here because it is not a solicitation, it is a credit collection call.

Received a call and I told the woman to stop calling.  Told her we are on do not call list.  She said she wasn't selling anything and she could call.  Said  they will not remove our number.  We have no debts and do not have any idea why they call here every day!

If you get a call from Penn Credit Corporation, perhaps you should return the favor, the PA secretary of state reports that the President of Penn Credit is Richard S. Templin, who is reported to reside at 5051 Ravenwood Rd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055-6783, with a home numbe of 717-766-7724.

I bet it would be funny if Richard and his wife Kristen were called at all hours of the day or night and learned what is it like to be disturbed.

They bought a bill from "Rodale press" for a book that was returned years ago. We used Rodale Press's return label and everything. It's just that someone didn't enter it into the computer as having been returned Rodale Press said they would give us credit, but kept sending bills. After years of talking to them they sold the bill to Penn Credit which now wants $50.94 for a book we don't have. Moral of the story is never buy anthing from Rodale Press, since they are a dishonest company.

Have received numerous calls for someone else, (not in this household).  You only have 2 options with their automated calls; press 1 if you are this person or press 2 to take a message for this person.  In the past I have opted for the second choice as I was obviously not this person.  I was given the amount owed and account number.  Tonight I pressed 1 thinking that a live person would have to get on the line.  Nope, again I was given this person's account info.  I called the number back spoke with a supervisor (Timothy Greene), told him how they had the wrong number and how illegal it was to provide that persons info though an automated call.  He informed me that they were within their rights as I pressed the numbers.  This company is bottom of the barrel Sh&%t sharks as far as I am concerned and should be fined, sued, shut down, and anything else that can be done to them

These are continuous phone calls any day or time during the week; however, it's a recording that asks you to press whatever number it is for Spanish. It goes through the same spiel if you let if go to voice message or you answer it. Rather annoying.
