800-900-1380

My husband and I are being harassed three times a week about credit debt that his father supposedly owes in the amount of $45.  Is this a scam?  Or is it an overly aggressive collections agency?  Either way, we are not even in the same state as my father-in-law and do not understand why they are calling us and he has not received one call.

Is it possible to make them stop?

I get a call from these people about 5 times a week. They call very early and very late. It is very rude to call that early/late. I would like for my # to be removed from the calling list.

Keep getting phone calls from 800-900-1380, asking for my husband's ex-wife.  Tried calling the 800 number back, but all I get is a busy signal.  Help

I am so sick of this number (800-9001380) calling my home. They are always looking for my husband's ex-wife who never pays her bills. They claim this is her number, but this has been my number before he & I even met. They claim they are going to keep calling till she pays her bill and that I can not do anything about it. I hung up on them one day and they actually called me back and told me I was rude for hanging up on them. Geez... can we say, "IDIOTS".

just keeps calling and no matter how many times we let the phone ring and then pick up nobody answers. I`m tired of it.

I too got a call from them,  I just dialed *69 to get the #..and then went here to see if any complaints were on here.. I wouldn't answer a call if the # is blocked.. more than likely it is a bill collector.. I have some calling here for anyone with my last night, first initial (how I am listed in the phone book).. thankfully I don't personally have any bill collectors calling, just my daughter's..lol

@Trying, You're obviously a very responsible person. I am not. If things don't go well for me, I don't pay, simple as that. I'm not going to hurt for them! And I don't lose any sleep over it or even allow myself to get upset. The primary money grubber doesn't give a damn about me and the scum sucking collection jackals for sure couldn't care less about my situation and what I have to go through. So I don't give a damn about them either or give them a second thought.  I am their worst nightmare. They can only get a hook into your flesh if you care. If you care, you are vulnerable to their BS. I do not. I screen all calls and don't even waste my time answering and being manipulated by these low-lifes. This is their problem having the job that they do. They are probably paying a stiff karmic debt themselves...  :) If they sue me, I fight them with free legal aid. If they win, I still will not pay. When I get back on my feet, I will pay legitimate creditors but I never pay Debt Collectors- ever. They are Vultures with blood all over their faces and I will not dignify their existence with a single cent of my money.

You are a good person, 'Trying’. Don't feel guilty and don't get upset. It is a weakness and makes you vulnerable to the parasites. Just know in truth that you are better than you even think you are, do your best, then just forget about these bastages. The best defense is to simply ignore them... :)

I too received this call every single day, sometimes twice a day for the last 3 months.  I tried to block the number but somehow it still gets through.  It's really annoying!  How can I make it to stop? I do not have any debt or credit problem to settle... I appreciate any help!

been getting this for awhile. I have an important message if english press 1 spanish press 2. Does not identify who they are only a debt collector for who knows. i finally hit the number and the amount is $28. something. press some number if you (me) will be calling during normal business hours which natch they don't say. i immediately called back and got a busy signal. Must be a scam artist for sure!!

This number keeps calling me. They ask for different names, none of which are mine! I have told them numerous times that none of these people live here yet I continue to get calls. I've decided to change my phone number, maybe this will end this harassment.

These guys are still doing the same thing.  Today is SUNDAY Aug. 28, 2011; and I just got a call at 4:31pm.  When I answer they hang up.

I don't owe any past due debts.
So these peeps called me yesterday and message said 'Push 1 to retrieve your message. Push 2 to retrieve your message in Spanish.' So I pushed 1 and the recording played over and over and then it kept saying 'I did not receive a valid response'. Hmmmmmm. Pushing 1 as directed is not a valid response? Then what is???
Whatever. I just hung up on the message.
At least get your answering/response service working before you waste MY time calling..

there is a prerecorded message regarding a member of our household! this member is my mother in law that live 280 miles away from us! she has never lived here(and never will)! We are getting harrassing phone calls that she has an outstanding debt with publisher clearing house; this phone call needs too STOP immediately! it is from 1 800 900 1380!

I just got a call from this number who was looking for my sister to collect a debt. I called them back and I asked for them not to call me for her dept and the woman was rude, her comment back was, "Oh my god" and then hung up on me. I was astonished with her rudeness. I called back and an man answered this time and said they would take my number off there imformation, He said he would look into that woman who was rude yet I didnt even give him her name. This company needs to invest in employee who can handle this line of work with out being so rude.

I keep getting calls from them and most of the time they hang up without saying anything.  It is totally illegal for them to be giving out personal info and also to harass by hanging up  and the other things that they do  how do we report them?

I keep getting calls from this 800 number early in the morning asking for a person with the last name of willis? I have had the residential number for over 30 years! I just want the calls to stop! HELP!
