This number called with the Caller ID showing "Tech Support"....did not leave a message. A spoofed verizon number.

Based on the number of entries here for this number, it's clear that someone is spoofing Verizon's number - however 800-922-0204 is in fact Verizon's customer service number because I had an issue this morning and they called me back several times before it was resolved; I'm guessing this last call was from them also.

I received a text message telling me I can get 2 phones with unlimited data for 80$ from Verizon if I called 1-800-922-0204. Needless to say a call was never placed.

They're at it still.  If you're in my contacts list, I'll answer.   If not, leave a message.   If you don't do that, I don't respond.

Received a text telling me to only reply to the # listed in text.  Red flag went off.  I don't respond to calls and texts like this.  Instead, I go directly to that company and talk or chat with someone there and report what happened.

Actual Verizon number - suspension is a fraud/scam.

Got a text message that said to call 800.922.0204 to get a deal on a 55+ plan from Verizon that is not offered in my state. Beware!!

You do realize they can spoof a number...crawl out from under your rock. 🙄

"This is Verizon wireless ur acct had been suspended and can no longer be used."  Ah obvious lie as I answered phn., texting, using data

Answered phone and was told it was AT&T and that my account was suspended.

This is scam, do not give any information.

Got a call on my Verizon Prepaid cellphone showing 800-922-0204 as caller.  Against my better judgment, I answered "Hello" once.  No response.  Call dropped.  ????

I said hello and automated voice said my account would be frozen unless I pressed one. I hung up.

Got one saying my Verizon account was suspended. Hung up and called 611. Fake news!

This is a scam.....don't fall for it

tried calling into a company conference line, then got disconnected. Immediately after, this number pops up "Technical Support" asking questions "or press 2 to talk" blah blah blah. Beware!
