received a call at dinner time. I didn't answer and they left no message. We are on all do not call lists

It is not just BofA...It is for FIA Card Services.  The calls were for my husband, so he contacted them and told them to remove our name from their calling list, they told him it would be about a month before it was out of the system.  They harass us daily- typically before noon. They just have to try to sucker us as long as our number is available.  I just pick up and hang up anymore...counting the days.

This number shows up at least 5x a week.
I get home late at night and spend 10 minutes listening to the whole message just to be able to delete it. Who has a VoIP that will allow you to delete the voicemail so you don't have to listen to unwanted callers? They need to know I do have a life and maybe I'm waiting for a message that I need to hear, and they have my line tied up.

Now that I know it's BOA,

Tomorrow before work I will charge into the bank and close out my savings, checking, money market CD and my kids college accounts.

I ot several calls from this number with no one on the other line.  Today someone answered and asked for my wife and said that they couldn't speak with me since I'm not listed as a "co-advocate."  We have joint accounts...

I called BOA and they verified that this number was related to our account and gave me a hassle about removing us from the list.  I'm closing my account on Monday.

calls me 4 to 5 times a day. answer the call and dead air space on the other end. called the number and talked to someone to try to remove my phone number from their registry, was told to hold for a transfer and was disconnected. they called again and again and again........

this is FIA Card servcices offering you credit protection plan, if you dont want further calls ask to be put on a do not call list and they will remove you. It will take up to 30 days to stop getting calls.

First call of the day (they generally call no less than 5 times a day).  I stayed on the line to tell them they have to stop calling and they hung up on me.  I am very angered by this company.  Every time they call, I file a complaint with the "do not call" registry.

I get several calls a day starting at around 10am.  Even though I answered one of these calls and said I did not want their product, they keep calling.
I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST!!!!

I have received the same calls from this number and like many others I am on the DNC list. Now I know I don't have to answer the phone when this number picks up. I am glad I found this site.

9/4/07, evening, around 8:00. They do not leave a message - I did a *69.

I just let them go to the answering machine. They never leave a message.

This number is from Bank of America. At the end of July I went into a branch close to home (Oklahoma City) and informed them I wanted the calls stopped. The teller I talked with verified the number as a BoA number and that the calls were for their Debt Protection Program. They put my number on the block list and I have not received any calls since then.

One less number calling me now.....YAAAAAYYYY!!!!!!!

Called me last night using a maiden name I changed 7 years ago.  I refused to answer questions & hung up. While checking to see if this was a legitimate number I found this site. Since BofA took over my card I've been thinking of canceling it anyway.

when they pay for my phone service, they can feel free to harass me.

Receive multiple calls from this number - the one I just answered had
no one one the line and there was a disconnect. My husband has answered
before, though, and said it was the Bank of America "just checking". ???

I tell it, please hold, wait @ 5min then hang up, what fun .

Our number is on the no call list, and we still get alot of calls from 800 numbers

Called 2x as of yesterday.  Once at 8:30 a night.  They left no message when my machine picked up
