- Boyce| 1 replyKeeps leaving messages. Aggressively trying to collect a debt, saying there is a file with negative remarks. They never state our name. We have always been current on any or all debt, so this is a scam or mistaken identity.
- Caller: Summit Receivables
- Call type: Debt collector
- Lee replies to anonymousThey can't arrest you. Why are you helping these dishonest debt collectors by putting nonsense out there?
- Gunnar replies to ANONYMOUSNice try. You scamming low-lifes that try to illegally collect PDLs pull this routine every so often. It always fails. All I have to do is point out that what you're referring to are arrests made due to contempt of court citations. NOT due to failure to pay a loan! Loans that aren't owed & if they are, they most certainly aren't owed to a shop of frauds such as yours. If your outfit had a legal claim to a valid debt the debtor would receive the required notice of validation, by MAIL, within 5 business days of your call. As per federal regulation under the FDCPA. They don't do they? Case closed!
I suggest you go out & get a real job. If you can. Which you probably can't. You're a bogus/fraudulent debt collector for a reason. It's not because you're an upstanding citizen is it?
Skeff Ett Liv!

- deeCalled on cell phone. Left voice mail since I did not answer. Call from 864-412-4690 (MY local area code). Message left was from a Richard Fox with Summit Receivables and to call 844-498-6545 for resolution to debt (which I am unaware of). Said they have left many messages (wrong) and that I have failed to answer them. Between them, URG, and numerous others calling for debt resolution (Immediately(!), or, they will send the gendarmes to my house or workplace, I am considering tossing my cell AND my landline out. This gets so old. Especially if you have no debt! Thank all of your for posting your comments and identifying the culprits.

- Teresa replies to Curious| 15 repliesI wrote a $20.00 check about 15 years that bounced along with a few others. I thought i paid them all until I was pulled over and taken to jail for the one I missed. It can and does happen and you can be taken to jail for not paying a payday loan. It is the same as stealing. In Michigan anyway.
- qwerty replies to TeresaOh for heaven's sake, stop lying on the internet. You are nothing more than a third-rate shill.
First it's a $20 check, then it's a payday loan. You can't even keep your lies straight from one sentence to the next. You are a joke. - Yoda1725 replies to TeresaTeresa, no one here believes that your were pulled over and taken to jail for a bounced check. You were probably pulled over for driving erratically, and the police searched your car, and found illegal drugs. Tell the truth shill.
- BigA replies to Teresa| 3 repliesThe problem with that is that a check issued to a payday lender is not a negotiable instrument. It is a promissory note. The reason for that is because when issued the loan company knows the check is not good. No state in the US holds presenters of those types of check responsible under "hot check or bad check" laws. Also there is a statute of limitations on bad checks. So please, come back and cite the exact law and what state you were charged in. It should be right there on your arrest papers after all and it certainly is not personally identifiable information. You won't of course because you can't.
- MJG replies to TeresaCare to try again?? Honesty is the best policy - especially on a SHILL ALERT!!
- Gunnar replies to BigA| 2 replies"Teresa" wants us to believe "she" is in Michigan. The problem with that is that "Teresa" probably couldn't find Michigan on a map if she was offered $100 to do it. "Teresa" is sitting in a foul, rent-by-the-month "office" in NV that a cleaning crew can't be hired to go near. In the world that "Teresa" lives in "If at first you can't succeed..." you dive for cover, change the companies name, dodge those judgements & creditors, buy some more cheap paper & try, try again. Yep, "Teresa" is a real winner. Dreams of the High-life, while being a bogus debt Scammer in Henderson.
- BigA replies to GunnarWell those gambling debts do mount up. And owing those guys? Well that is a pretty big desert and sand is extremely easy to dig.
