This could be part of INDIA MAFIA CALL CENTER FRAUD

I recently went to the bank to deposit a check I also have never given td bank my phone number  and have even had my number recently changed anyway I was at home later that day and these people called me saying is this ****** and they said my actual name I said yes this is ******  and they said they were doing serveys about recent visits I then hung up the thing I keep wondering is how did they know this was my number let alone that I was recently at the bank. This was a creepy call for sure do not give them your information the audio was also very hard to understand

Why is TD giving ANY information about any of its customers to a third party company? I didn't give them permission to do that. They have no business knowing that I was in the bank on a particular day.

Doesn't it concern you that the Bank you trust with your financial security is just giving your name and number out to a third party company?

alot of the people there contacting dont deal with TD.. and the ones who do can be asked about the service upon their next visit to the branch!!!

I am not a TD customer so it is definitely a scam!!!

I get this call almost every day and its annoying and a scam call =have reported it to the police and the police says nothing can be done

Yo!  The people calling from this number are scammers.  I received 4 calls in 24 hours stating there name was Dennis Quad from the IRS and there is an enforcement action against me.  To resolve the action you must call back this number.  If you don't call by X date they will send a officer from the magistrate to arrest you.  First the IRS will never call you.  You will receive a letter.  DID I SAY THIS WAS A SCAM, SCAM SCAM!  GET IT!

I got a call from this same number asking to speak to my wife. They said that they were calling concerning the Bergengren Credit Union in Antigonish N.S.
The guy hung up on me when I started questioning him.

Some woman from who knows where in the world wanting to speak to cfo. I asked why? She said it's about customer service to the bank. I asked which bank? She states I have a list of banks. I already knew it was so bogus when number came up but it's fun sometimes to catch them.  I asked we don't deal with a list. She went on some talk about we want to give an award to the bank with the best customer service and you were chosen blah blah blah. I hung up on her. Dang, what some won't do for money... Such a shame.

Three repeat calls at dinner time in a rude and insistent manner.

got a hang up from that number but it could very well be about td bank service ..i was in td bank sunday ..for assistance so could be legit if not asking anything personal

Toll Free Call to home 6:59 p.m. 2/19/16.  Didn't recognize #, but answered because I thought it might be cable company about earlier service call.  Guy said he was doing survey for my credit union.  Told him he was calling kinda late; he apologized for lateness of call.  Told him credit union had not notified me of a survey.  I heard a lot of background noise and asked where he was located.  He said Buffalo NY.  Told him I thought call was someone else or I would not have answered and said "I think I'll hang up now" and hung up.  Will check with my CU about this "survey."
