Every complaint site I've gone to has had the same "Ken" guy comment saying what a good company this is. Also, it's on the same date, Nov 4th. Gee, I wonder if ken is affiliated with the company? The company is actually being investigated by the FCC and there are numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureay. They will be shut down in a month!

Absolutely right - Fidelis has more complaints because they are better at scamming than you are. But like everyone else hawking this crap, you are certainly a SCAMMER. You can aspire to steal as much money as your larger "competitor" but you won't do it by posting lies on here.

Received a green post-card with a urgent notice to call:
    800-261-9178
    Wanted my car vin #
    and current mileage.
Has to do with Vehicle Warranty Expiration. Seems like a scam. Something needs to be done on our behalf. I expect the authorities to get on top of this ASAP!

You guys are amazing.  I did homework on these guys and they are all licensed insurance agents.  They are a reputable company.  I have done research on the agencies selling warranty plans for a local paper trying to uncover scam artists.  This company has been in business also for almost 10 years.  UNREPUTABLE companies dont stay in business for 10 years.

I got the card also and called and actually bought from this company.  Then I read on the card that I should disreguard the notice if already pruchased extended coverage.  I'm glad they put that on the card so I would know.  I called them right back thinking they were going to try and keep my money but the guy was very courteous and undid the whole deal.  I was so glad because I don't need two coverage plans.  I can honestly say though if I had needed one I would be tempted to call them again because I had a good experience.

I got the green post card too.  I thought it might be a scam because I had just bought my car two months ago but then i remembered that the dealer offered me an extended plan as well so maybe their is some benefit to getting the warranty sooner rather than later.  I don't know for sure. Well, anyway I did not get the protection plan at the dealer or through this company.  I'll just take my chances and keep my fingers crossed.

Did you also notice that 22 of the 36 complaints have been settled? There are several companies that are scams who claim to help but in fact take the customer. If you did research APC to the fullest you would see it is not the case. They have actually been praised for staying within the legal boundaries of "warranty companies," and are not like other companies, such as US fideles, who dont give a damn about the customer. Customers are fully informed of what the service is from APC, legally they must do this, if a heated person such as yourself would take time to ask questions instead of going off the handle you would know this. APC is also partnered with dealerships, meaning how do you think they got your information in the first place? it came FROM your dealership, who authorized that APC is NOT a scam and a honest program. If APC received this information about you from the dealership, it means the dealer had you on file as a SALES customer, but did not have you marked down as having a warranty, so when apc received the data you were on the list of potential customers that could use a warranty. Why do I know this? because I took the time to speak with Kyle McEvoy one of the owners of APC, instead of flying off the handle and accusing a company and their name of fraud. Educate yourself before making such accusations. As well, shouldnt you know the products you have? If you know your stuff so well why would you have even called, shouldnt you have known you have a warranty?

I apologize for getting overally defensive, but I am a business owner myself. I would hate for my company to be wrongfully accused and put out of business because people do not take the time to learn and just assume by reading one or two things others have said they know all.

I just made the call to 800-261-9178 after receiving the green card that looks like certified mail return receipt from National Vehicle Headquarters.

The waiting time was quiet long, so in the mean time I thought "let me check these" guys on the internet, and before I had the computer starting, a male answered and I was more clever than he was, maybe I was fooled in the past by some companies but not anymore. First of all I dialed *67 for not revealing my phone number and then played a nice game with him by not giving any information about me or the vehicle or the Vin or what type of car, all he had was my name, because I gave him the tracking number. The guy got fade-up from me and said HAVE A GOOD DAY"

Now! I do not care if they are legitimate or not, the point is if anybody  wants to do business with me, they better be clear and straight forward, no need to scare and lie, green card and all that. They try to fish in the dirty water that's how I put it. My suggestion to all is to be aware at all times, never rush things, take your time and give your brain a chance to think. some people are trained really well to make you believe certain things like they have all the information while they do not, so catch them before they do. In some cases it could be really harmful to you giving out your personal information to someone you don't know. I think everybody knows how much Scam going on in our society. Thanks for reading.

I just received the green card in the mail.  It looked funny and I bought my car a month ago.  I know the warranty isn't up.  I looked researched it online and found this sight.  After reading all the reviews I am sure this is a scam the green card is now in the trash...

I received a card too.  Of course it is a scam.  Whether or not the company itself is legit is irrelavant.  They are still using a scam to initiate contact.  I called, and of course, the employee had no answers, only questions; he lied throughout the call.  I invite these types of scams though, because it gives me a telephone number that deserves a good prank call.  Trust me, the employee will never forget my VIN.

Crawl out from under your rocks and don't think everyone is out to scam you. I also got the card and called and purchased the extended warranty. I'm really glad I did because 3 months later I blew the motor in my truck and instead of costing me $4800 for new motor; or $18,000 for a new truck it was replaced for me under the warranty.

Guess you all will wish you had the peace of mind I do everyday to have this extended coverage when your shelling out thousands for transmission or engine work.
