- Gail MossI have received an ivoice from this so called "company" for 467.79 and have never ordered or received the cartridges. I tried calling umpteen times and can't get a real person on the line to answer any questions. The phone # is 8660295-7860 Quebec. Everone beware of this place.
- REALDEALgaddafi| 1 replyThey are at it again.
Just had some [***] call this time only identifying herself as our customer service rep and asked to get the model number of our copier. I said no. She said "uh... why not?" I said "you can go [***] yourself." Then I hung up.
This Junta proceeded to call back 5 more times to try and shout me out but as soon as I heard this heavy-set waste of skin try to draw breath inorder to speak I slammed the phone down before she got a second syllable out.
Not only dose it feel really good, she got really mad.- Caller: Laser Recycling
- Mat replies to REALDEALgaddafiI dont know what drug you were smoking that day in september. It must have been powerful. The mounth of September the office was clossed. We all went on vacation to a club in Mexico. It was not us who called.
- Tina| 2 repliesOur office just received an invoice for $434.67, and all we got was one Toner Cartridge. I installed it and it is only 10% full. I called Laser Recycling Plus and spoke with "Sarah", who would not tell me why toner was sent and billed to our business and only told me to "chill out" and "take it easy" before hanging up. There was also 16% tax charged on the order, bringing the total to $504.22 for a 10% full Ink Cartridge. I do not plan to pay the invoice.
- Anonym replies to Tina| 1 replyYou don't have to pay anything. Tell them to come get their product within thirty days or it will be disposed of. If they want it shipped they will have to arrange that at their own cost. Don't even fill out a waybill or tape the box. Its their problem, not yours
- Rick replies to AnonymProblem is,, It was not disposed of. He put the toner in the machine. He was sooooo smart to admit to that.
- SCAMMED2014THIS "BUSINESS" IS STILL AT IT. I dealt with these lowlifes back in 08 and can't believe I was invoiced again just last week SEPT 10 2015 for a "Deluxe Fax Cartridge", in the amount of $331. I asked my reception team if they had received any ink or toner for the fax machine and they had not --- the same ink being used was installed in January 2014. Surely enough, today a package arrived that is a Kodak Black Ink Cartridge for an at-home printer. Our whole office has been using xerox machines for printing since 2011 as per contractual agreement with our supplier. The ink that came today came with a second invoice (for
$331 - I assume it's a copy). Just got off the phone with "Rod" (the same guy that was going by Ron back in 2008) and he assured me that we do have a kodak printer in our office and that I would have to pay for the kodak cartridge --- and then he threatened me by telling me he would send a collections agent to my HOME ADDRESS which he was able to get from whitepages.ca. I told him that I live on a rural plot 50km north of Thunder Bay but he said that his collections agent was a close friend and "didn't mind travelling".
