Similar expereince, ie: cartridges were shipped to my agency and there was no order or authorization.  Tried to ship back COD but Post Office said we still had to pay a fee which I refuese to pay.  I contacted Laser (Michael Flemming) and told them to send me a cheque if thye wanted their 'product' back (which they shiped fraudulently).  They have also been harassing our bookeeper.  I told them to desist with the phone calls or I would report them to the police.  They called again so today I called the police.  Bottom line if Laser want their product back they neeed to arrange payment for shipping or make their own arrangements to pick up.  Meanwhile I will also contact RCMP, Chamber of Commerce and Beter Business Bureua, etc.

We have been dealing with these fraudsters for some time. YOU ALL need to contact the Competition Bureau Canada @ 1-800-348-5358 and report them. The more complaints they get the quicker they can deal with these scumbags. They will listen to your experiences with these guys and direct you to inform laser recycling network (or laser recycling plus) to stop calling or it will be considered harassment. Then if they phone again you should contact the RCMP and file a harassment complaint, the more complaints they receive the more likely they are to respond. Also you will be directed to contact the agencies that handle credit ratings within canada and ask them to be on the lookout for any filing against you by these guys for non payment, so you can protect your credit rating.

You will also receive a letter from the Competition Bureau. The one I received states the following:
"If you are certain that you were deceived when you ordered this product, or you did not order the product for which you have been invoiced, feel free to decline payment."

I don’t understand why everyone is so upset with this great company “LASER RECYCLING PLUS”.
Personally I like receiving a FREE cartridge once in a while!  They work great!  And you don’t even have to order one!  They just show up!
How much better does it get!
I just received a second “Complimentary Cartridge” and I’m planning to use it just like I did the first time they tried this scam.   Just ensure to inform your accounting dep. not to pay their Invoice!
Thanks again Steff!  And keep them coming!

Really? Well, if it were so easy for you to find more victims for this age-old FILTHY SCAM on the phone, you wouldn't have to come on this site to spew lies like this, would you? It must mean this site is making it hard for you to trick the one or two people you might reach each day who've been living under a rock and never heard of this well-known SCAM.

Blow it out your ear, scammer. But thanks for letting us know this site is working and apparently educating the small  number of people on the planet who don't yet know what a total SCAM you are!

LOL….Shill, I don’t think you read my post to the end… I`M NOT THE SCAMMER!
Quote ``I just received a second “Complimentary Cartridge” and I’m planning to use it just like I did the first time they tried this SCAM.   Just ensure to inform your accounting dep. NOT TO PAY their Invoice!”.   In other words Laser Recycling Plus keeps trying to take advantage of me by sending me cartridges that I have never ordered and billing me an outrageous amount, however I do not pay for them and I do not send the cartridges back!
And this is why I’m a satisfied customer!  Thanks again Steff!

ps. Shill the last comment I made is sarcastic!  Please read slower and think about it before you post

I as well received a cartridge from Brad Mylar at Laser Recycling Plus.  I tried calling them and I got nowhere.  They have started cutting off the bottom of their packing slips too so that there is no GST or QST number.  I searched the tracking number from Canada Post and found that it was sent from LaSalle Quebec.  People suck sometimes.

Our non-profit society also recieved a call from this 'company' stating they were replacing our regular toner suppliers and we needed to order a toner in each color before the prices went up! It took them 4-5 tries to send us a toner for our photocopier, AFTER the third time we were tired of them and looked into their name online. Low and behold FRAUDULANT!!! To this day they still haven't sent correct toner, and still claim we owe them outstanding balance. Last time someone called from this company to request payment i outright said "Why should we even Pay you guys! 1. We NEVER recieved the correct toner for our printer! 2. Took half a year to try get it right! Annnd! 3. We looked up this 'company' name & YOU GUYS ARE A FRAUD!" The guy on the other end couldn't say anything!
My boss even try talk to them.
I certainly HOPE THEY GET SHUT DOWN SOON!

Same scam here in New Westminster, BC. A guy named Michael Flemming said that someone from his company had talked to "someone in the office" in December and told them that two toner cartridges were set aside for us since the "price was going up".  We deal directly with Ricoh.  He gave the same # - 866-295-7860.  How to put a stop to these scammers???  I had a simlar thing happen to me 15 years ago!!

I have been in contact with the Canada Revenue Agency, I suggest you all call as well. They is an investigation under way. It is believed that this so called company does not pay tax, either themselves (pay checks) or on the paid bills (invoices). They have a GST # on their invoice. If we all work together we can shut them down. 2) Call the RCMP 3) Call your local police 4) Call the BBB 5) Call PhoneBusters 6) Call Industries Canada! It's a lot to do but it needs to be done to save everyone from these people who prey on small business.

Our receptionist in our Winnipeg, MB location had someone call her and when she tried telling them we didn't want it they hung up on her.  They also sent it to the local post office with their address on it, not ours.

    I'm sending it back today!

My Business was scammed as well, my brother lives in Verdun so I had him go to the address on the bill. He had tried 6 times during the " hours" posted on the door but no one is ever there. This must be a cover up office. My brother doesnt work so he said he is going to wait outside and follow anyone going in and out of the office.I called the police in Verdun and they said they would pay them a visit too. I will keep everyone posted. I am on a mission. They messed with the wrong guy this time.

Any update from the police? I really want these guys locked up. They seem to have given up on scaming our company since i told them that I've contacted the competition bureau of canada, but they have called us trying to collect from a first nation that is one of our clients.

More people need to file complaints under the competition Bureau to get the word out, it took me not even 5 mins to fill it out and you don't have to fill out your personal info, just first name and contact info.
