I'm glad to hear that you will respond.  Can you explain to me why I have an invoice for $467.79 for a cartridge I did not order?  As well, why would one of your sales people claim that we have a maintenance program which in fact we so not have?  Both of these issues are dishonest.  Can you explain that?

A guy by the name of Michael Flemming has the guts to call us repeatly asking for payment within 20 mins today.  They think we are fools to be scammed by fools like them.  Fools like him and his team really think we live amongst them.  Wake up, fools!  You are only fooling yourselves to believe that we will send you payment.

I received some toner delivered to my office from Laser Recycling Plus.  The packaging slip did not include an invoice total and it was for an "order" that was never placed.  Trying to call the numbers (514-362-8244 or 866-295-7860) resulting in no one answering.  After reading what everyone else has written here I've told our receptionist to refuse any further deliveries from this company.  They didn't even spell my company's name correctly!

That same guy Michael Flemming has been harassing our company for several weeks now. Every time he calls he repeats the same speech like a parrot even after speaking with him the day before for over 20mins., it's like his poor brain doesn't keep down any new piece of information.
The story goes the same for our company, these guys are claiming we order a toner (1 toner!) and now we owe them $400 bucks. They are hoping their invoice falls in our accounting department hands to have a cheque issued to them. Well, they can keep on waiting for an eternity because we are not going to pay this stupid scammers.
Beware that we did place an order to our regular authorized rep at Ricoh (as part of our service agreement at no cost), and somehow Laser Recycling Plus shipped us the same toner a few weeks later without even calling our office to ask questions about our equipment. These guys are very sneaky so please be careful!

Hey Steff, I'm actually interested in doing business with your company. We use a lot of toner and would like to receive them on a regular basis. Please post which number is best to call and place our order and who should we ask for. Do you guys have a website? I would like to see what products you carry and your prices.
    Thanks!

    Scam Victim
My company has been dealing with Laser Recycling Plus for a similar situation. We contacted the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and they directed us to the Competition Bureau Canada to report this scam company.

I encourage everyone who has been a victim of Laser Recycling Plus to file a report. The Competition Bureau has been able to lay charges of deceptive telemarketing and misleading representation against companies like this.

Received quite a few calls in the past few years from LASER RECYCLING PLUS.  This summer they actually shipped a toner even after I told them not to. One day 'BRAD' called and asked why i hadn't paid the invoice. I have too many things to say regarding my conversations with 'Brad' & 'Derek' (who both use the SAME voice but try unsuccessfully to convince me that they are two different people).  Now a MICHAEL FLEMMING keeps calling asking why payment hasn't been received. I've given him a FRAUD DETECTIVE's phone number and name for him to call and discuss this further, as the detective is aware of this situation.  Michael says that the business isn't a scam but when I asked him who in their right minds would pay $470 for 1 toner? he admitted that the price was a little high.   Do not get scammed by these idiots! They also will pull at your heart strings and tell you they've been in the hospital for 3 weeks and that is the reason for the delay in getting back to you.

Tried doing a COD but you have to pay the post office first and then when they sender picks up the parcel they should be paying that back and then you get reimbursed. I didn't pay to send it... called the police and spoke with Fraud Department and was told to keep the toner (and not use it) until further notice and that's exactly what I plan on doing. These scam artists (and very pathetic ones at that) will not see a penny from me!

Legit 'registered' company maybe... but what company goes through that many GST numbers???  They can keep trying to get money out of my but they might as well drive over and pick up their box themselves.  and yes 123 INK is also a scam...  pretty bad that even as scammers, they can't keep their stories in line!
