- shaunaHey, our business got a call from this guy and the summer temp gave him our information. A few days later we got a toner cartridge for our copier (our copier is leased and we get all our supplies for free!!) in the mail. Today I got a bill for $476.07 for one toner cartridge. I tried to call these yahoos and no luck...they are not even listed and the phone number doesnt come up. Beware of these guys! They target the summer when a lot of temps are around and I guarantee they lease a copier from Konica Minolta, get all there supplies for free and then try to resell them to unsuspecting businesses! They call themselves Laser Recycling Network

- Columbia Valley Natural HealthWe have also had major problems with these people. They have sent us 5 toner cartridges in 4 months, and they don't even fit our machine. They are recycled refills. They charged us $329.00 for the first two, then the cost went up to $423.00! We purchase them NEW for $105. They won't return our money. If I send them back, it's at our cost. Don't ever agree to buying cartrige from these people IT"S A SCAM!!!! We have lost $1800.00, because the former manager didn't understand. Make sure your staff knows about this, and tell them to never accept cartridges from anyone over the phone!
Someone must stop these people!- Caller: laser recycling network
- DaycareWe received a call from this company who asked the employee her name. The employee did not understand what he wanted. Few days later, we receive a toner cartridge.
We called several times to inquire why we are receiving this, and left several voice messages, but no answer or reply.
Few weeks later, we receive an invoice for $434.67. We call, but no answer.
We still have the toner, and we left him a message to come pick his toner, but no answer.- Caller: Laser Recycling Network

- UMA| 1 replyLaser Recycling Network is a scam; send us an invoice for a toner which we did not recieve or authorise. Hope they get these people soon

- KCWe received this too, they aren't returning any messages either. we have a contract to have toner included so we were very confused, the toner packaging is slightly different and the account tech told us that if you use it in the machine and something happens that your maintenance agreement will not cover it, so be careful. Plus on the side of the box is says not authorized by konica minolta, (our printer).
I'm glad we looked into this one, I can't imagine how many people have probably just processed the payments.- Caller: Laser Recycling Network
- LouNew name for them.
Laser Recycling Plus.
If I had the time I might drive the box back to Quebec and drive it up someones .....$$. Considering the talk here I'll just drop the box over at the recycling depot and let them handle this junk.- Caller: Unknown
- Shoshana| 1 replyDefinitely a scam. Just called them to check on the invoiced price $467.79. The person who answered the phone said that the person, Sara Lynn, who took the call was "gone for the day" and when I told her that I had checked on the net and found it to be fraudulent, she said "have a good day" and hung up....SCAM

- MikeHad the same thing happen to me here in BC, we had an invoice for $463.65. I have reported them to BBB, Phone Busters and I will be reporting them to the RCMP my self. I also did a check on their GST number and QST and surprisingly they are both valid, I may be calling both those offices to verify.
I have sent them a letter refusing payment along with a copy of their invoice they have sent me.
Do NOT deal with this company!- Caller: Laser Recycling Plus
- JHSThey have tried this 3 times with our non-profit charity here in Ontario since 2009. Every time they trick a front liner into thinking its our regular supplied by just asking for confirmation of the device type they are sending toner for. The staff hear the name "Brian" and assume its the Brian we usually do get product from.
I called them up and never get a person answering - so left a message telling them I was calling the cops if they didn't make a return call right away. Then when I finally got Daniel on the phone, he kept talking over me, claiming we ordered the product knowing who they were. Each of the other times they've sent us their crap we've returned it C.O.D.
We got 2 toners sent to us with an invoice for almost $1000 in August. Sending it back I've included a letter outlining that if they ever contact us for anything ever again, we're calling the cops with our documentation, and a copy of this message forum for reference as to the track record these dirt bags have.- Caller: Laser Recylcing Network

- LWThis scam is now taking place in Nova Scotia. I was called by a man from Laser Recycling Plus indicating that our office ordered a cartridge. About a week later, a cartridge showed up at our office. I found out that no one in our office ordered a cartridge so I sent the cartridge back via "Return to Sender". A couple of weeks later we received a bill for $476.07. Obviously we are not going to pay the bill!!

- Karen| 1 replyWe have received an invoice for $476.07 for an $80 HP toner cartridge "ordered" by one of our branch offices. I've called and the CRA GST number is relatively new. I suggest calling CRA Enforcement to report them - 1-866-896-6317.
This bunch will call to survey your printers and copiers, then they call back later to confirm your order. Before you confirm anything, get a name and number so you can "check your equipment" before you call them back. Then don't call back. Tell them you work strictly through purchase orders and ask them for the PO number so you can confirm the order. There's lots of ways to confuse these people. Unfortunately, unless it's a regular supplier calling, you need to be suspicious and give them no information about anything. Good luck to all.- Caller: Laser Recycling Plus

- Cin replies to CSI have a number cause they tried to screw me over as well and I work for the Federal Gov't and are trying to put me in collections.
The lady that I spoke with when I called was Jennifer Collins and her number is (877) 465-8032 Fax (877) 365-5842. Also ask for Pat or Rob. - Angie replies to Patricia McInnis| 1 replySCAM!! SCAM!! November 2010 and "Brad" is still at it. He even sounds like a criminal. How do you sleep at night, "Brad"? I also notice that it is a different GST/QST number now: GST 824591259 and QST 1216056104. Have fun in jail, you scumbag!
- LockeWe received a call like everyone else, we thought is was from our dealer, saying they were sending us a free toner for our printer. We received the toner a week or so ago, (we still have not opened it) Yesterday we received an invoice for $467.79. When we called someone did answer, but we were told that a representative would be calling us back. We did not receive a call. I call the R.C.M.P. and reported it. They in turn gave me the number to PHONEBUSTERS 1-888-485-8501. They took all my information gave me there websit and helped me step by step to print a sample letter to repley back to these scammers. They told me not to pay anything, to print this letter using my own information. and in the letter it tells the Scammers to make arrangements to pickup the toner at there expense or we will dispose of it in 30 days. They also told us not to use this toner in our printer as it more than likely contact inferior materials and may cause damage. I really wish I lived in Verdon QC. so I could personally deliver this garbage. I recommend everyone call PHONEBUSTERS and report this and even call the local media like I did so other people would be aware of this scam.

- GWWe have just been scammed by this "company" as well. They did the same process of asking for the model of the Printer and how it has been working then asking for the name of the person in charge of ordering product. We reported them to the BBB and informed all of our receptionists of the danger of this company. Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for their tactics because apparently they have a few reports with the BBB already.

- NBERRecieved an invoice in the mail this morning. We are a small non profit located in NB. My question is how do these people get our information. They knew what office equip we had when they called???? Why is no one doing something about this? They are continueing on...and appear to have been doing this for a while now. SOOOO frustrating.
