My office experienced a similar situation with this company. my brother is a lawyer, he has advised me to return the product immediately, track the package then once I have confirmation that it is received back tell them I want an invoice faxed over reflecting a 0 balance and a letter promising they will never contact my business again!

Just received a call from a LASER RECYLING PLUS in Calgary, conducting a survey for my all in one printer, I asked him to repeat where he was calling from and what it was exactly that he wanted and he hung up on me.

we never say the ink is free...........we do say you will be receving it at the reduced price.....i think mommy needs to clean youre eres.....

i own a small chain of food stores,,,,,i have been dealling with this company for 10 years, and have had nothing less than great service and product for all my locations. if this was some kinde of scam do you think they would be in buisness for over 10 years.....oh yes just to let you all know,,,,,,retail is the biggist scam......we all mark up are prices,,,, 100,,,200,,,,300 %

i guess hes right. We are all scammers

i work for the BBB,,,this company is not even located in montreal....trust me, we looked for them.We  think they might be based in the USA. If they are ,,, we cant do much

You could track it, and pay to return the product,,,But they still win,,,They have a restocking fee that comes out of the price you pay to send it back.So UPS,,PURILATOR,,,or,,CANADA POST and the scammers booth make money.

youre add by google on the botom of youre comment, has a add for Canada ink,,,guess who owns CANADA INK  .......same person....

You do know we call 2 times before we send you the product,,,,one time to sell it,,,and the next day we speak with the same person to confirm the order,,,this is all recorded for proof on our end,,,

The  BBB is the biggest scam going!

This happened to my company as well, I called the Laser Recycling Company and to my surprise they called me back... I had a conversation with a lady who insisted that this is not a scam, but I do believe it is.  She told me I could send the toner back the address 1104 Rue Moffat and to send it COD I am going to try sending it today I will let you all know if it arrived and if the charges for the toner will be reversed. The lady said she was "filling" in for the gentleman that I had spoke to previously... funny you can never talk to the same person twice! Please beware of this scam and do not give your information to any cold callers or anyone other that the service provider you know and trust. Good luck to everyone trying to get to the bottom of this.

You must work for them and have to deal with the guilty look on your face every time you look in the mirror!!

so you are telling me that you sell youre poduct for the same price that you pay to get it from youre supplier...you must be doing really good for your self...even youre corner store marks up the price.you should take an economics course.

So it turns out that this company is legit, and we have been getting supplies from them for a bit more than 1 year.I felt terable for what i had wrote ,and called them back to appologise. My payment plus a tip is on its way.

Someone wrote a message on this wall using my initials CM N.B stating that the company was legit and that I was sending them a tip... this is total B.S someone is trying to cover thier tracks to make it sound legit which LASER RECYCLING NETWORK is NOT!!!  I did no such thing!!!

Next time they send it just return to sender, it has no cost to it. it is a hassle but it won't cost you anything. When I called, they said can I take down your phone number as everyone is on lunch break. I straight up and just refused, everytime i called you either put me on hold or take down my number and never call back. I want to talk to someone right now! I have already talked to Gail and bitched at her and told her that i will not be paying a single penny. Hopefully you will find this helpful.
