- Realistic replies to ChristopherMarketing designed to skirt the Do Not Call laws is what you mean right?

I received a message from 1-866-312-99553 ext 109. When I called that # they asked me to leave a message which I did not. Called was named Christopher with the same blurb as the other persons who reported this scam. Thank you all for your concern with this kind of messages.- Caller: Van Dale Communications
- cmacI also received a voicemail from Christopher at Vandale Communications, also at ext 109...same message as everyone else. I was going to call back just out of curiosity but knowing I never fill out any contest stuff. Glad I saved myself the effort and checked here first.

- BarbReceived the same voice message today, Dec 6 to call back 866-312-9553 ext 109. The only difference it was from Christopher from Don Gale (not sure of spelling) Communications
- Caller: Don Gale (sp?) Communications
- Ronald MacGillivrayGot call from Theo from Vandell Communications. I didn't call back.

- C in Atlanta replies to M in AtlantaI got the same message as M in Atlanta, from 708-248-7092 (Prize Crd Srvc) saying I was in a drawing for a free car, a contest he said I had entered. As I had NOT entered such a contest, I did not call back and deleted the number. Now, two other times, I have received calls from this number and (contrary to my usual practice) I answered them. Both times there was a pause, then someone saying, "Oops. I have the wrong number. Sorry," and then hanging up. Clearly they are trolling for numbers. Why, I don't know. Most annoying.
- LChris from Vendell Communications, saying I put an entry form in and won a car. He has tried to reach me several times (not true). It would be in my best interest to call him back. Chris is aware of the do not call list. It is not a cold call or a telemarking company.

- joanneReceived the same call two times, first was from Christopher and the second time he left another name, but managed to sound exactly like Christopher lol! Ext 109 and ext 243! Both were messages left on my voice mail. I didn't answer when 682-227-6806 was on my caller ID from Arlington, TX. Used the name of Vandale Communications.

- c from ny replies to M in AtlantaExact message received tonight. Christopher at extension 109.
- Mark L.Same message as listed by others here. If this were legit, there would not be 5 pages of people who were pulled to be recipients of the "top 4 prizes". Glad I checked here first.
- Caller: Mitchell Comm
- Mark L. replies to ChristopherBut this was not a telemarketing call. You said so yourself.
Wonder what the legal profession thinks of the distinction between, "you have been selected to win one of 4 prizes" and "you have won one of 4 prizes". - ML replies to ChrisYou say you will publish who won THE car. But according to the voice message we all have won a car! Hmmm, what's going on here? Maybe not a scam in the legal sense, but definitely this was telemarketing and it is unsolicited and cold calls.
- dashofgingerI received a call the other day. Same story as everyone states here. I checked with the Doubletree in Terrytown, NY where they state you must go to receive your gift. The hotel makes it known that they just rent some hotel conference space there and they have no connection or relationship with Vandale Communication. I am not interested in a goose chase and have better things to do with my time and money

- chris replies to sanchito| 1 replysorry you assume that if you would have called me back you would know that it is not. Here are some of the car winners www.global-solutionsllc.com
- Chris replies to Nick T.| 1 replyWe are actually not violating the Don not call list. We are responding back to a request to be called. Strangely there are some who forget that they have enter or completed some documentation to be contacted. We also actually give away what we promise. Global-solutionsllc.com I hope this helps
- Chris| 7 repliesI have seen the bloogs and the comments keep in mind that most of the commkents are from individuals who never responded back but went to the internet. Not uncommon that if one person comment that this must be a scam the next person will do the same. So you have many comments. To my defense most people dont blog about the positive. Do newspaper sale people about talking about the good things that happen today. Please visit www.global-solutionsllc.com this is a site that tracks and the car winners.
- mark wiltersChristopher, Van Dell Communications sounded very uneducated, his grammar on the phone was below high school level, i am sure this is a group of rouge kids horsing around on the internet/.

Hi this is Christopher calling from Faithful Marketing, I've made numerous
attempts to reach you ( we got only one call) regarding an entry form that was filled out in your name
in the last 12-18 months to win a new car. This will be my final attempt to notify
that your name was pulled as a winner and we are going to award you one of our top
four major prizes. It will be in your best interest to give me a call back as soon
as possible. My number is toll free at 1-866-312-9553, ext. 109. We're not a
telemarketing agency or timeshare; this is not a cold call so please do not ignore
this message. I am very aware of the do not call list so I wouldn't be calling
unless you actually entered. This is a time sensitive matter, I do look forward
to hearing from you.- Caller: Faithful Marketing
- AnonymChris,
You also called my number today! I have tried to call back 3 times and only get a recording to leave my name, address and phone number. I have a published number and give people the benefit of the doubt.
A couple of questions being answered here might be helpful to your cause!
1) My are your callers never addressed by name when your company calls?
2) Why, when I go to the site you posted is there no mention of any car (or other winners) mentioned?
3) If we are "invited" to sit thru a presentation to receive our prize/gifts why dont you leave that in a message? It would be helpful in determining if we then want to call back.
I am not saying this is a scam, what I am saying is that it is a misleading Telemarketing practice to skirt around the Do Not Call. If indeed we are being contacted about a submission we made in last 12-18 months, you would have our names and addresses.
Your mumbling, saying you've made several attempts to reach people, (lie)
Saying that this is not a cold call (lie)
Saything that we have won (lie). You dont have to sit thru a presentation to win anything. That is called compensation!
Saying that you are not selling somthing, (lie)
You are a scheduler!
call people, book an appointment, gain information!
NO prize requires you to be married or have a minimum income level.
Consumers are not morons. And when you treat us as such you gain the label Scam Artists.
Finally, if I sign up for anything, I use my cell number not my home number to avoid issues like this.
Everybody wants to believe they won something but the reality is you dont gain consumer confidence thru ambiguity and lies. Who wants to even sit thru a company presentation when they start out like that.
Good luck finding new fish!- Caller: Vandale Communcations
