Just received the call from "Brad" at 866-326-0949.  He left a message similar to the ones reported by others on 800 notes.  Thanks to your extensive reporting on this scam, I saved myself the unpleasant experience of actually talking to these creeps.  Since he called me on my home phone, he must have gotten my number from my listing on "CARS.COM" where I listed yesterday.

I just recieved a call from "Brad" as well. I'm not falling for this scam, I just wanted to chew someone out so I called them back, "Brad" was unable to take my call (no offer to leave a message) but "April" would help me. I told her that after researching their company online and finding far more negative response than positive, I would be reporting them to the FCC and BBB.  I have my car listed on Craigslist as many of you all do. It is a violation of term and conditions for anyone to contact you and try to sell you their service... Many of us use Craigslist because its free, so why would I want to pay for the same thing I can do for free?  If they're such a 'non-profit, charitable, and reputable' organization, you'd think they wouldn't have so much time on their hands to look through thousands of ads and calling innocent sellers.

I've received 2 calls from very friendly "Brad" offering to sell our vehicle listed on Kijiji and autotrader.  Thanks for all the posts as a heads up.

"Brad" must be a busy guy.  I just got a call from him a few hours ago.  He left a message saying Longwood specialized in selling my type of car (classic),  He sounded legit, but I'm glad I checked here first.  Brad - if you're reading this, don't bother calling me back!

yes but the problem with Walmart is
the complaints don't really affect walmart so much,
they get so much business they dont care.
I think the government needs to pass a law
saying If a business like walmart gets a certain number of
complaints,they have to close down and go out of business.
That would really make walmart stop and think
and get better service,then they would actually listen to the
customers and care, if their business and jobs depend on it!
It would proably be the best law ever passed!
It would give more power to the customers which is exactly what
we want.

I got a few calls from "Unknown" but did not pick up. "Brad," of Longwood Inc, finally left a message offering to sell my car. Here's the kicker: I'm not selling any vehicle. I also have not posted my personal cell phone on Craigslist with any ad. Phone number he left was 866-326-0949.

"Brad" is going crazy and making cold calls now.  It had to happen sooner or later!

The dirtbag (Brad) called me @ 700 am I'm retired I like to sleep in.  I advertised in the local newspaper.  I don't know how this P.O.S. got my number.  I will report this outfit.

I had a message from "Brad" today as well.  He says he has tried calling multiple times so he decided to leave a message this time. Funny thing is....I have no missed calls since the day I listed my ad on Cragslist a week ago so I already knew he was a liar.

Also got a call from Brad claiming o have tried calling several times before leaving a message. There where no other records from this number on my phone. Brad offered to sell my vehicle for me (listed on autotrader) and urged me to call back.

This reads like a soap opera.  What Would Brad Do?  Who Will Brad call?

I got a call this morning from Brad on my answering machine. He said his number was 866-326-0949 and he worked for Longwood, Inc.  He also said on the message that he had tried to call me a number of times.  Not true.  No missed calls.

This SUCKS people! I can't get ANYONE to return my calls anymore! The little ones are going to go hungry soon. I was going to ask Paul for a raise but even HE won't return my calls now. Not to mention I've had my car listed for WEEKS and no buyers (hey, you can take over the lease or buy it outright, I'm easy, and it's a real creampuff!).

So I guess it's time to look for another job. I've been reading up to prepare for a new career, with books like 'Lowering Interest Rates for Dummies' and 'All About Toner Cartridges' and I am absolutely RARIN' to go. Now it's true, I have no arms, no legs, not even a head, but dammit I can call more phone numbers in a hour than most people can call in a MONTH!

If you hear of any openings please give me call, hell just CALL will ya I'm gettin' lonely.

brad called me 3 times.   same time for 3 days.  the first 2 days i answered and no one was there. so the the 3rd day i let the infamos UNKNOWN call ring and brad left me a delightful messege.   i called back they gave me the speal so i told them i would consider it and gave the atterny general a call.  they said it was more than likey a scam
