i got the same msg saying that its brad 866-326-0949 he said in the msg that he seen my car for sale and would like to help sell my car for a fee, well guess what.lol..i have never posted my car for sale, i bought a 03 eclipes spyder gt and plan on keeping it for a bit.. lol..rip-off scam

Didn't you pay Autotrader first?  Not taking up for these buys but why should they be not get paid first?  If you advertise in the newspaper, you pay them first. Just sayin....

I call a call from a guy named Brad offering to sell my Dodge Ram 1500 I only have it listed on craigslist. I guarantee you he got it from the ad listing itself. If you're having a hard time selling your car don't go this route I have not personally used them, but just like everybody else said they are likely to not be such a legit company. There is a lot of complaints with them at the BBB website. Keep your money and stick with what you know will work. Lots of people sell cars everyday using Craigslist, autotrader, cars.com, ebay, and etc. Use a company that as a whole seems to be real solid like the ones named above. Think about it a mechanic doesn't call you at night and ask to fix your car you call him and schedule an appointment. So if a car seller is calling you trying to get you to give them money to sell your car they must not be doing that good. That's my two cents have a nice day.

I also received a phone call from a guy named "Brad" with the return phone number 866-326-0949, wanting to sale my car for me for a "small price".  I believe this is also a scam.  Look out!

Yep..Also just got a call from Brad the [***]. Same number as all have mentioned. Have my truck listed on Autotrader, kijiji and craig's list so don't know where he is getting my number from. He claims that he can sell my truck for a small fee...guaranteed!

I posted on craigslist along with my number to call after 10am because of my shift. Longwood calls me twice at 7am.  You can bet I wasn't very thrilled. The number was 423-314-8945. As some of you might know, the caller can place any number in their phone to disguise who they are so the location and number are usually fake. They probably use software that picks off the numbers automatically on the sites and then uses a phone system to call out the numbers. Sounds like many of you have done a lot of homework- thanks for all the great information on these morrons.  It is sad that people like this will take advantage of the innocent, especially during economic hard times. Many people are forced to sell their belongings online just to survive right now. If we want to stop these A holes then the best way is to agree to boycott them by everyone on here calling them back at the same time period and jam their phone system.  If you do this then you should talk to them as long as you can never intending to give them any information but just lead them on- giving them a taste of their own medicine!

special Brad left me a message offering to sell my vehicle for me yada yada, got my # from Craigslist, the problem is my Harley is NOT for sale! it was just an add to sell the stock seat! anybody need a gunfighter seat off of a Night Train?

Yes I got one of those too......number 866 326 0949...good old "Brad" although "he" obviously didn't "read" our ad properly because it's not even for a car, maybe Brad needs to learn to read!!!  They got our number from Kijiji.  The number comes up "unknown caller"  I'm on the "do not call list"

Thanks for the heads up.  My wife wanted me to call Brad back.  Sounds like a shady character.  He is posing as a pastor?  I'm glad this site was around.   Good looking out.

I got the same call from Brad Longwood Inc 866-326-0949.  I am selling a car on Craiglist and received his call this morning, I thought it was shady epsecially when the phone number was blocked.  So glad I google the name first and I saw all the postings.

Got a call from Brad today. Let it go to voicemail as it came up unknown. Said he wanted to sell my vehilce for a small fee and the sale is garaunteed... uh huh. Longwood Inc. was the search i put into google and this site came up. Thanks for the info everybody, i dont think ill be calling Brad back by the way things sound on here.

Posted ad was on Kijiji.

Just received my call from "Brad" at 866-326-0949. Listed my car on AutoTrader.com. Glad I checked in on the web about "Longwood, Inc." I won't be calling him back. He called me three times prior at the same time of day without leaving a message.

I got a call from brad at the first of the week. Ignored it as it reeked of scam. I let it go to voicenmail. Anyway he left another message today. Won't give up haha. He got the number from trader. I have had it on kijijo for a while a soon as I post it on trader I started getting calls...

Got many "out of area" calls with no message left. Finally, BRAD left a message saying he could sell my car for a small fee blah blah.

exact same spiel so glad there are websites like this to help other consumers

I too have gotten a message from Brad at Longwood, Inc. Wasn't sure if anyone has actually contacted this guy to see if it's a reputable company or not, it looks as though no one has actually found that out? I know I have sold many cars, and LOVE the idiots who say they'll send you the price of the car plus shipping...so I play along just to get the fake [***] checks in the mail!! lol. I frame them, and turn them in to the FBI...good times!

LMAO...got the SAME message..."tried calling repeatedly", but yet NO missed calls...nice try [***]! lol.
