I made it clear to the credit card company that I had the police report stating the time and the copy of the receipt for said charges were made across the city at the same time I was filling out my police report!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean how stupid do they think I am???? I am not responsible for these charges so take me to court you caint get blood from a turnip and you damn sure cain't get money from someone without a job in which to garnish my wages.

- Melanie| 9 repliesCustomer first attitude they say on their site??? WHat a laugh! They were the rudest people I've ever talked to on the phone! They told me I don't pay bills a lot...that's why I have an american express card with a 20g limit.... how should those scum know what I do alot. What a$$holes! I hope to sue them and put them out of business! Jerks!
- The other side replies to Melanie| 7 repliesI understand that being contacted by a debt collector is often an uncomfortable and embarrassing business. Emotions run high on both sides and it is often an unfortunate turn of events that lead to a default to begin with. I have spent more that 12 years in the business and I have seen or heard just about everything. What many fail to realize is that when you default on an obligation is directly leads to an increased cost of living for everyone else. I have worked directly with several of the organizations named on this site and I guarantee you that most of them do everything possible to adhere to the FDCPA. I can hear the outcry already. You would be demeaning yourself if you don't recognize that most of the people on this post are the lowest form of American. The collectors are working in a high stress and ofter well paid job. They are tax payers and they are valued members of society. They may not all do a great job at compliance but most do better in that regard than the people on here do in regard to paying their bills.
If I loan someone money and they disappear completely of the radar for 3 years does this mean that they no longer owe me. The credit companies have basically instilled an easy come easy go mentality. It is shocking to me that people really thing their debt just dissolves and it doesn't effect anyone else. They think that these people doing there jobs is a violation of their sacred right to dodge their responsibilities. I am sure this will be fodder for many a post and that is fine. If people put as much effort into paying their bills as they did at dodging them then most of these problems would go away on their own. Anyway, I certainly hope didn't upset the 2% on here that have actually been violated in some way. My heart does go out to those that have experienced real hardship. And believe me I have heard some tear jerkers. The funny thing is, those tend to be the people that we work out payment arrangements with. We don't garnish wages or pursue anything when people work with us. I really hope you find what your looking for on here and that your children have better luck with their finances than the members of this forum. May they not spend beyond their means and may they do unto others....You know the rest. For the few on here with valid complaints I just looked at kingmans website and they have all kinds of places to voice your complaint. Has anyone tried that? Has anyone on here tried the consumer complaint form? I am curios. I see they have a new site that looks to be geared toward resolving the complaints that are discussed in here. Think about and have a great day. - ZINO replies to The other side| 3 replieskingmanfraud con, trying the soft glove approach now??? no one is fooled by this tact......go pay off your court judgments!!!!
- Realist replies to ZINO| 2 repliesZino I am curious about any documentation that you have the states Kingman is in default on a single judgement. Your entire rebut every tame is based on this. You are making the false assumption that Kingman and MAZE are one in the same. According to the documentation that I have actually seen this is simply not true. You are more than welcome to contact the state and verify this yourself. Freedom of information act should clear all this up. Unless, of course, that is too much work and we know how most of you feel about the "w" word.
Bottom line...Western New York an area that contains more collection agencies than Burger Kings. Some of the small to mid-size agencies purchase goods and services from the same sources. As a result the appearance of a connection between some of these agencies is exaggerated by the conspiracy theorists. Anything to fuel the fire. I know the inner workings of many of these agencies. Many of them have multiple locations and divisions. They typically employ 50 to 100 people and are usually quite nice. I know a couple people that work at Kingman and that is the reason I am on these boards.
In your previous post you did not respond to any of the questions I posed. A resolution to all the problems was offered yet all that came back was the equivalent of a child on a playground calling me a "poopy head". Again to those of you with valid complaints at least give someone in management a chance to resolve the issues. You can contact the escalations team and see what happens. If it doesn't work you can go back on the boards and I will take my whoopin like a man. But if it does work you will have your issued resolved and a company with a staff of around 100 will continue to feed the tax base in an economically depressed region.
So go ahead Zino call me what you will. I have proposed an intelligent an logical step toward a solution and you call me names. - I RULE replies to screwedLove the employees with their names such as 'screwed' and 'sued'....you guys are not only evil, you're also dorks. Get a life before it's time for your soul to perish in the fiery pits of hell. And you're whole company will be sued AND screwed when we get done with you.
- BURNINHELLKINGMANANDCOLEASS replies to The other sideDon't open your hole unless you know the story.... or would you like to be called and insulted?
- learntospell replies to noitallI love it that you work in the collection industry, yet lack the ability to properly spell "judgment." What is the minimum IQ threshold for someone in your position? 78?
- Tina| 5 repliesThese suckers call my house to find my sibling's wife. I relay the msg to my sibling, and when he speaks with this bozo, they tell my sibling that I have equity in my house, and that he should borrow from me to pay his bill---they also mentioned that MY mother in law also has equity in her house as well. (how many of you can go to your brothers wife's parents and ask them to put up their house for you??????)
The bill was actually paid a while back, but these idiots are trying to go after them for even more money--they're doing it with threats of jail time, threats of freezing accounts, etc. When I called to find out who OWNS this company, no one could tell me a name. They kept putting me on hold and transferring me to extensions where no one was answering it.
Ask them for their physical location--they're too afraid to tell it.
The 'name' used now is JAMES JOHNSON. Yeah, I'd like to get in touch with him......tell him a thing or two about THE LAW and how they're breaking it!- Caller: Law office of Kingman and Cole
