I could not agree with you more.  The sad thing is Kingman and Cole use
methods that are illegal.  You keep up the good work of trying to help people and if their debt is truly legitimate help them get out of debt.

thank you i appreciate that , people dont realize collections sucks we dont like what we do ---we dont agree of half of the things that go on --but there are honest people that work at this agency. some yes are bad but i think that you will find a bad apple at every agency. believe me i myself personally dont like bothering and calling etc.. for nothing...if it was my choice i think that there should be a college degree to work in these places ---just because of the ammount of money that is being handled with ---id say about 80% of the employees at kingman will help you --the other 20 % i cant speak for it --but what i can tell you that our jobs are commission based this is how alot of people around here pay there bills and send there kids of to school just deal w the right people over there and you will be good ..granted the paper is a little old , but however is still owed which in translation you get a better deal --its much better to react --then to avoid  just ask for a low low settlement--and clear your credit report use this for an advantage---again we can not tamper with credit reports --that is the FTC AND FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ..believe me if you listen you will get a VERY good deal from these folks and clear your credit report ---GET A LETTER BEFORE YOU PAY ---its that simple provide an email or a fax # and will know this IS legit

She called herself Elizabeth. She contacted my ex mother inlaw (which is fighting lymph node cancer) scared her into a panic that she came to my job to tell me. Called my mom who has on going dementia told her that I was going to prison. Called my daughter that has mental problems and is medicated for panic attacks due the neglectful doctor when she gave birth.
This woman told me I was going to prison the sheriffwas coing to get me. She also told me that I used my daughters name and my SS# to fraudulently tak out a 15,000.00 loan. IThe IRS wasgoing to audit me.I was scared to death. I had to leave my job as did my daughter. I have hired a laywer to fight this monster..I have a few issues with unpaid bills nothing big. The minute I asked her to send me proof she stated that she did not have to tha I knew I was guilty and to just get someone to help me. She had me on a voice record admitting my guilt. I will incur a debt to he;p stop these people.

WE have received calls                                           concerning our daughter's debts---she (Elizabeth Parker) said she
was a legal mediator and was here to help her.  She needed us to help her out because she could not contact our daughter by phone.  She was going to give her a deal on her debt, if she did not get a call from her within the hour, she would have her arrested tomorrow.  BUT, would we be able to help her out since they were not able to contact her. We called our attorney to check them out and found that they are a bogus company and working from a postal box.  The thing that made me mad was that she had lots of financial info on her and on us that I do not think she should have---I am sure they sucker some people into paying them lots of money just to get them off their backs.  This is really sad that they are able to continue like this for so long. If they were legit lawyers they wouldn't have to threaten people.  They would also be listed with the NY State Bar Assc -- which they aren't, so who are you kidding, bro?  It's okay though, mr. collection guy -- you will be sued soon enough!!
