These guys buy old loans for pennies on the dollar.  If your old loan's statue of limitations has run out... don't worry.  If not then, you have an obligation to pay your loans but I realize that there are circumstances which prevent you from paying back the loan.  
These guys are nothing more than crooks who prey on those that have either had their debt written off by the primary creditors, or the statute of limitations have run out.  As I've said earlier, check your loan in question and check the statute of limitations.. it's usually less than 10 years for most states.

Same thing here, they are calling my 17 year old daughters cell phone, they call at least 4 times a day!!

The called someone I know in GA. They did the same to her and she has always paid her bills.

Of course they settled for a fraction of what you "owed."

You are a liar. None of these slugs 'settle' for anything less alleged than full payment. You are either a shill (more than likely) or you were duped to validate a debt on your own (it's the collector's responsibility to validate) and will be in court soon for the balance. It does not end that easily.

I just love how the chic whom is a debt collector for a bank is so intelligent that she knows people don't pay their bills and that this is not a scam in the works with Kingman, Cole and acc. They ARE NOT, as already pointed out above, a legal law firm. Just because you, miss debt collector, have no sensitivity left or just plain was never born with it to begin with, doesn't mean your preppy butt can 'assume' nobody pays their bills. What is it any of your concern anyways? If they did, you wouldn't have a job now would you Ms. Brain? haha.
Back to the original issue: I am now turning this in due to the harrassment daily from this number. This place is contacting me for no reason whatsoever, so I do not call back. Good luck everyone with these idiots. I would just tell family to hang up as soon as they start to talk or do as my kids and I do.......we just give them a mouthful right back and it is great! lol.

I am an expat.  My brother's family keeps getting calls from this number 866 345 45 90 ext 134.  The claim that there is a court case.  They claim there is fraud concerning me. I have not even been in the country during the times that they are talking about.  Of course my brother notifies my mother who becomse very upset.  My mother always assumes the worst about me.  So she is sure I am a criminal.  My brother and his family are busy people with their own lives.  Before I investigated this phone number I was a bit worried that there had been identitly theft.  Wonder what is the point of these phone calls.

I was led to believe in a bunch a lies by a door to door seller from APX Alarm Solutions, this seller never told me that this useless system was not compatible with Digital Phone line, so my internet and home phone were messed up I tried to fix the problem with APX they yelled at me, I was on a consumer entraptment I have to paid for an unoperable Alarm System (Iwas told by APX Alarm) I refuse to pay for a service I am not getting. I've been sent to a collection Agency, they call me and yell at me like maniacs, telling me they have the power to damage my good credit record. Of course I don't get their calls, they won't let me talk all they do is bullied me and treat me like a criminal. I am not a criminal, I paid for every service I HAVE, that's why I have a perfect credit, and now this collection agency is going to damage my economy, I am pursuing to file a lawsuit against, these duo. I hope that You as a collection worker never got trapped in a situation like this and never cause anguish and distress to an innocent that believed and trusted in a lack of integrity seller.

Beyond a shadow-of-a-doubt, I am not the individual Kingman Cole and Associates are looking for, but I have to suffer with their persistant calling, sometimes twice-a-day.  They threatened to phone me everyday forever if I don't answer their personal questions.  I will never answer them.  Hey, called the phone company to complain and they told me they were powerless to do anything about it.  I said I can have my phone service suspended, and beleive it or not, they lowered my bill by 20 dollars a month, and I have the same service!  So much for making lemonade out of lemons.

Sure you MUST work for them and in your response number 4 on your lisT.YOU ARE THREATING THEIR FAMILIES.YOU BETTER BE CAREFUL YOURSELF.

10. Debtors only answer their phone the 1st time. After that, they hide. Why? Because they're liars. They know they're wrong. They know they owe. So they stop answering the phone thinking the bill will go away. They make promises they have no intention of keeping, so they run & hide like little girls. They lie & say they're unemployed yet never seem to be home between 8 and 5. Why is that? Don't you know we have ways of finding you anytime anywhere if we choose to? Do you really want your neighbors called & your employer & your church & corner grocery store? You want to talk about harrasment? Stop answering your phone. See what that gets you. When we STOP calling is when you really need to worry.!!!!

716-689-4233 Williamsville, NY (an additional number they are now calling from)  Very harassing, tell you to call 866-345-4590.  If  you do call them, they want personal information.  If you don't respond, they threaten to keep harassing you with calls and do so. So Call them folks.  If it is legal to harass me, then I figure it is legal for me to harass them.

I would love to meet whoever wrote this and shake your hand.  Absolutely EVERYTHING you have mentioned in your post is EXACTLY how it is with these people.  I really have nothing else to add...I seriously couldn't have said it better myself.

Any one get a call from 'chief legal investigator' Bill Gray, representing Kingman, Cole and Associates?  How about a recorded message asking you to call and speak with Merill Jennings?  Mr. Bill (x 121)called to notify me that I was being verbally notified that Kingman arbitration wants to file a suit against me in conjuction with a banking institution for malicious intent to defraud a financial institution.  If they don't hear from me, they will seek full restitution and other legal penalties.  Sound familiar to anyone.  I owe some creditors, but not the bank they are referring to.  Last time I did reply to the accusations.  It was the same bank and they could not present a statement of my account and after I suggested they were not legitimate, they threatened me, but went away until now.  How unscrupulous!  No wonder they do what they do...who else would hire them?  The number to call back was -866-345-4590
